Whilst returning an item, I was lied to by Andrew at the customer service desk as to when I would receive my refund. Telling me that the money would go directly into my bank today, after going through the refund process he then told me that it'll take 3 to 5 working days, which I was less than happy about as it was a Friday.... read full comment

On the day we visited (Sunday) to purchase a new TV they were short staffed and we had to wait a while to be served . Once an assistant was available they were extremely helpful in showing and advising us on the various models we were interested in, even helping us secure a discount using the Blue Light discount card.... read full comment

No staff around to assist, I was left at the counter waiting to pay for over 10 minutes. People served in front of me N the cashier checked my 250 cash payment 4 times as they had forgotten how to deal with cash! Not going bad, poor customer service
