I don't think there has been one occasion when my prescription has been ready when it should have been. I have received the wrong items a number of times, wrong dose or wrong medication altogether. More often then not I'll order, go back to collect 4/5 days later to find out it was never ordered in the first place. Two stars because some of the staff are nice and helpful...not all though.

We came here as strangers for our COVID jabs, and we're fined £60 for parking. We did not see the signs, and the staff did not warn us.I hope the £60 is used for good, not just to enrich shareholders.

Ordered script for delivery.. Sat in all day waiting.. Did not arrive. Useless.phoned to ask why and was told the girl had not put it on the delivery list.. I waited all day for nothing because some daft kid didn't do her job properly.. Not the first time I've had problems with this lot.. Think I'm going to change to another pharmacy... Waste of space

I've always found this chemist knowledgeable and helpful when seeking advice, and efficient in looking after my prescriptions. My only negative is they are closed on Saturdays but it's a small place not Boots on the High Street.

I am immunocompromised so still vulnerable to Covid. I spoke to Karen who arranged to take me into the private room away from other customers to have my flu jab. The whole procedure was quick and she took the time to care for me and my husband and get us out of the pharmacy and away from other customers as quickly as possible.So grateful to her for making a worrying experience as pleasant and care free as possible. Thank you.

Terrible experience!! Always long queues outside and they hardly rush - you cannot even ask them a question of whether they have your prescription without being told 'you have to queue' - what is the point if you finally get there to find out it isn't there?! I had already been to another and dutifully lined up 9in a smaller line) to find out it hadn't been sent - Awful experience!

Absolutely disgraceful service. Rang 33 times today, either constantly engaged or ringing out for ages then a bleep followed by open line and no one there. Utterly shameful way to treat patients. No doubt the Covid excuse will be rolled out but it has always been like this. A simple telephone upgrade with queuing and answer service is not too much to ask . Get a grip or close down, you are useless as you are.

Cohens in Bromley Cross has been my local chemist for at least 25 years. Staff are friendly, helpful & welcoming. I regularly call here first for advice rather than going straight to my GP. They will even check & monitor your blood pressure for you
