Yas provides an honest 2nd to none approach always offering to help and provide best as well value for money for postage. Also, offer great rates for money! My go to when I go abroad! They listen, care and their customer service is excellent no doubt! Keep it up and thank you for the support / service over the years!”

“Car wash is very good to use. Hoover pipe is small to take a lot of rubbish all at once. It would be nice to have the car wash covered so when it rains you dont get wet cleaning your car.”

“Quit a popular service station, so much so that the fuel delivery is quite regular guarantees that the fuel is fresh and having a higher level of octane (been in the automotive industry for 20 years so know my stuff). Prices are also reasonable may not be the cheapest prices in Bolton but sometimes it's not about the money. ”

“I've been using this Post Office for a number of years. The most friendly, knowledgeable and 'go the extra mile' staff ever. It's a real joy going into the branch and spending time talking with Ahmed and Salma and other staff. The guys are always willing to help. “I enjoy all Asda stores around Bolton and wish we had one in little lever , only problem for me is that the plants outside are poorly looked after , a lot of the problem for me lies with the watering of the plants particularly with the bedding plants I'm sure Asda are aware of this due to the waste levels ( dead plants ) why not introduce a course on caring for them or just a guide attached to the Dutch trolley which would also assist the customers ?????”

“There are two cash machines ( ATM) outside of branch which you can pay mony (cash or check) into your Bank account (as well as withdraw money and other functions) in any time or any days. This is a very good opportunity if you don't have money into your account or your mobile bank (from this bank or other bank) temporary doesn't work then you can pay cash into your account or take out cash (withdraw) money from another bank account and pay by cash to this bank account. Usually 'Pay in' works in any time and any days. You don't need to wait for branch opening in case of emergency like midnight or bank holiday. That's amazing !! Some of the other banks may have this ability but in this town only this bank and branch support Pay in with exterior cash machine.”

“I think that the staff at this branch are excellent with their customers, and very keen to help you with anything you need help with. I have mental health issues and I struggle with basic tasks. The staff will take time to talk you through the process politely and very nice about doing it. Making sure that you don't feel like your stupid. I really like going here ?”

“Certainly one of the better services running in the country. It's spacious, clean, well stocked and offers big names like Starbucks and Burger King. It's just a shame the toilets are left in a state of disrepair half the time.”

“Typical shell station, Its on the expensive side but it always has gloves, tissues window wipers and water at the pumps. Accepts shell mobile app. Clean and tidy, polite staff. HGV and truck Lane, has water and air machine. This station sells kindling, wood and charcoal. Stocks a range of fresh sandwiches and has a Costa coffee self serve machine. Free ATM available and all the basic car items like oil, antifreeze etc.. The forecourt has space to park up and give your car some attention.”

“HSBC in Bolton town centre is a fairly good branch, and it makes me glad I rejoined HSBC. At the time of writing, this branch has the best opening hours compared to any other bank elsewhere in the town centre, although they still close at 4 pm due to temporary COVID-19 reasons, this is still at least an hour longer than the closest other bank. I do think it's annoying how they're closed on weekends right now though, and I hope that changes as soon as possible. It is pretty spacious inside, with a lift/stairs to what I presume are meeting / private rooms. A good number of ATM's inside the branch, including one outside, I did find the machines pretty confusing however, they had three different types of machines and I didn't know which one to use - One machine was a standard ATM for withdrawing cash - One machine was for paying in cash - Another machine had a keyboard and seemed to offer banking services? I do think they should try to group together basic facilities into one machine, it makes little sense to have different machines for paying in and withdrawing cash, especially when other banks combine them. The staff did seem friendly and happy to help, they helped guide me to the right machine for my banking, they didn't seem to be offering a counter service but they did have staff members on the door to greet/help customers. 4* - Probably my favourite bank in Bolton,”

“Me and my brother came in the other day for a 43 inch Tele there was a young lady on the front desk at customer services called YASMIN who went out of her way above and beyond to help us she called for the manager because we had waited 35 mins the manager took 10 mins to come to us and the manager didn't even come back to let us no what was happening after another 15 mins waiting the lovely lady ended up ringing manager to see what was happening if it wasn't for YASMIN we would of walked if and gone elsewhere so I think this lady should be made a superviser she was really really helpfulThank you Yasmin”
