Awful customer service. I bought blinds from them few years ago and need replacement parts, I was refused them as the order was placed more than 5 years ago and they can't locate it, even tho they still selling exactly the same blinds!Terrible!

Don?t use! Same as blinds direct, or blinds-direct?.customer service utterly useless, install inst online and difficult to navigate - long story short, wrong fittings for unit purchased - no help whatsoever - never again! Devoid of common sense!

Great blinds but disappointed when one blind mechanism broke and was just out of warranty by a few months months and rather that offer me a part to fix the mechanism of the broken blind there customer service wanted me to pay for a new blind costing £150 so went elsewhere for the part .

Used Wilson Blinds in the past and were very good.... NOT ANY LONGER...Took my order by phone. Was told on the phone 7 to 10 working days. Then I received a confirmation email the next day showing a delivery date nearer 15 working day...Gave them the benefit of doubt butthen on day of delivery was sent a new email giving a new estimated delivery date nearly 4 weeks away.And this email only stated "Estimated Date".Joke... don't take people's money when you know you can't fulfill the order and then even worse mislead them with dates you know you can't meet

Blind was late. Mechanism was broken. Eventually fixed it myself, with some guidance from the team on the phone. ..then... turns out their "DimOut" doesn't dim in the slightest. First time I woke up, I had to put on sunglasses straight away (no joke) - Also... the wider blind dips in the middle....which you wouldn't expect when paying £200. Shoddy. Avoid.

Extremely disappointed with not only the poor quality of the blind but also the customer service.Our blind arrived with a stitching line across the middle of it (see in image attached) and generally extremely cheap feeling material.When I complained they insisted that all blinds required this stitching line across the middle of it and all companies did this (100% not true). They then had the cheek to suggest that I just don't roll the blind fully down!They refused to accept a return and refund me and couldn't offer me a better quality blind as all of their blinds are this terrible.The only positives is that the got the measurements correct and the pully to open and close works well but I definitely do not recommend using this company, they weren't even the cheapest I found!

I?ve ordered a few blinds through Wilsons Blinds over the years. Quality was good and I was happy. The latest order though came and was the right width but was 50cm longer than I?d ordered, which was 40% longer than I?d ordered. This means the blinds are much heavier than they need to be and the mechanism struggles to pull the blinds back up.I thought fair enough, a mistake has been made so I called up and the customer service agent was very apologetic and said just email a picture to their email address and they?ll sort it out no problem.Unfortunately after doing that I was told that this was exactly how it should be manufactured and that this is not their problem. The problem is that I?ve ordered blinds from them before and I?ve never ever had this issue before, always made to my exact measurements. Also the terms and conditions clearly state that they are allowed a 5mm tolerance but obviously 50cm is a bit more than that.Funnily enough the person refusing to refund or replace my blind says that because my blinds are made ?to my exact measurements? they cannot be refunded. Weird he didn?t notice the irony that these blinds weren?t in fact made to my exact measurements.I even paid extra for them to resize it if I made a mistake with my measurements but they don?t seem interested in solving the mistake if it?s their own! Weird experience, excuse after excuse from their customer service advisors.

Blinds turned up in good time. The brackets supplied DO NOT FIT the blind i ordered. Wilson Blinds response is: our team have also advised the brackets are one standard size and will always be slightly bigger due to the head rail therefore the blind is correct.It may be correct for you, but i count that as an ill fitted blind. Not happy and wouldn't recommend them to others. £200 for 2 blinds and move around when moving blind up and down.

We purchased Lush Maya kitchen blind that we have also seen else were but Wilson Blinds were a lot cheaper and we ave used Wilson Blinds before. The blind was delivered on time easy to put up as they provide information to help you, fits perfectly. Would recommend this company 100%. Thank you Wilson Blinds once again.

Was really struggling to find the size of blinds I needed (white, wooden, Venetian blinds). Was delighted to discover Wilsons Blinds, great measurement choices and really fast service, ordered Wednesday and were delivered two days early the following Tuesday. Blinds look amazing. Expectations exceeded and great value too! 100% recommend!

Purchased the blinds for my son's house.... they came promptly and well packaged...there were a couple of ends missing from the wands but I got in touch with customer service and they sent them out straight away ...no problem. They look really nice and he is very pleased with them.

Wilson Blinds rank as one of the very best companies I have dealt with over the past 60 years! My order for six blinds was placed one Monday morning and processed the same day. They were packed and dispatched on Friday evening (5 days) and received on Monday morning. They were professionally packed and I unpacked them all and not a single item was missing. The quality is second to none, amazing for the price paid. I then installed them all without a single hitch as the instructions were written in logical English and easy to follow. They look absolutely superb.I cannot speak too highly of the service from order through to completion and I recommend them to everyone.Les Andor

Customer service was exceptional. They helped me make sure I had space for the brackets to hang the blind. The blind arrived just as I had ordered and was very good quality at a great price. I couldn't be happier.

I've ordered 2 blinds now. The first was very long, but was very easy to fit for my mother-in-law. Second one I ordered for my own house and again it was very easy to fit and makes the bedroom much darker.
