I have requested redelivery off two packages but only got one. I did ask for it to be left at safe place but they didn't. Then I had to ask to collect from West Wickham collection then being told its in WHM.

Checked the opening times - went there - closed. This has happened on multiple occasions throughout my time of living in west wickham - very poor service

Opening times on their website used to be incorrect but they?ve corrected the error. Went to get my parcel but didn?t have an ID on me but the gentleman was so kind and gave me other options to verify my identity. The workers are actually very polite even though it?s a very small depot

Absolutely appalling.
They only have one job.... to deliver post and parcels... and they can't even be bothered to do that.
Typical public sector mentality of "we hate our job, but we have a job for life, so we will treat you all with contempt".
Unprofessional and really don't care
Oh, and there automated telephone answering system.... I am sure it deliberately mis-understands you, and mis-directs you, so you spend longer on the line, earning them a nice little extra back pocket cash
