Constant racial profiling in this Waitrose! I can never do my weekly shop in peace. I raised a formal complaint a year ago, and little to nothing has changed so will take my business to non-discriminatory shops.

If you are a minority/person of color, staff tend to follow you around. Not what I expect from Waitrose. Very rude staff as well. Need to train their staff more by reviewing CCTV footage of who the problematic ones are. Disappointed
