I tried to sell some games here and was told by staff that I am only allowed to sell a single (1) item per category per day, meaning that I could only sell a single game per day before they would have to contact the pricing team and that this policy is set by the company. I know that there is a bulk buying policy for multiples of the same item, but this is something else. What the are saying is that any time someone comes into sell their console and games with it, they will have to come in on multiple days to sell their collection.I know this to be a lie as I have sold bundles of games without issue in THIS STORE as well as other stores previously. I was told this load of nonsense before they even scanned my card. Also, one of the people there had actually processed a transaction with multiple items in the same category from me in the past. They really do make it up as they go along.My experience is that the quality of these stores varies widely, and this store is definitely at the bottom of the list along with Stratford. Oh, Stratford... don't get me started on that one. Head west if you don't want to argue with a bunch of muppets.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this second-hand electronics store. After purchasing a tablet that turned out to be faulty within 8 days, I approached them to either exchange it for a higher-spec model by paying the difference or get a refund. However, they were reluctant to accommodate my request and offered to buy back the defective tablet for a mere £7 less than what I originally paid. Furthermore, they made me wait for an additional 2 days just to test the tablet I brought back, displaying a lack of urgency and customer service. The staff's unhelpful demeanor and unwillingness to empathize with my situation only exacerbated the frustration. Overall, I would caution others against patronizing this store due to their poor quality products and unsatisfactory customer service.

I went to buy a GameCube and the seller wanted me to get the console with missing cables. and several times when I wanted to buy a game the sellers simply couldn't find the game

Was able to purchase what was desired. Had to ensure that the cashier / sales associate was clear on what I was looking for. End result generally positive.

The lady was so lazy and distracted that she forgot to put in the discs in the cases of the games that I bought, very disappointed in them failing to do a simple job.

Visited to ask how much they would buy my old dvds for. They checked and said 15p for three dvds. It's a business so I get it.Edit: CEX, I do understand whag determines the value and am not complaining about the amount offered. Thank you for your reply though. The person serving was very helpful.
