Really friendly staff but the food quality lets down Wallington and lets down the UK as a whole. A shame on Sainsbury's for being so bad and serving sandwiches with what looks like dog-food in the filling.My Tuna sandwich was like a wet sloppy wrag and the contents were somewhere between fish paste and dog food grade. Disgusting bits of stuff in it, terrible taste and old-slop texture.Don't support a chain like this when they serve sandwiches that are worse than just a basic sandwich. Yuck!!!

This place whilst convenient and normally quite good can also provide awful service. Today I had to look up and down the aisle looking for someone to serve me at the till to no avail. One member of staff was stood talking to what appeared to be a friend. In the end I dumped my proposed purchases and walked out. Seriously get a clubcard and go to Tesco Express, you will be served quicker. To Sainsbury's either make sure you have sufficient staff to cover the tills or install self service tills. I should not have to seek out staff to serve at the till !!!!!!!!

If you order an Uber Eats delivery, be prepared to chase product refunds. I have had wrong or missing items with every single order and it's solely because of whoever's packing (a punctured milk carton even leaked over the driver's bike). An embarrassing service.

Rubbish.... 1st time used uber eats to dleiver, my order was picked up by a random driver and Sainsbury's rang me and told me it was up to to cancel the order with uber even though they admitted giving it to the wrong driver, what Sansbury - you are at fault. Lots of drivers kept coming in to pick up the order at Sainsbury as the uber system only records and actual pick-up and of course mine had been given to the wrong driver who evidently just kept the order.Sainsbury rang me again and told me to stop sending uber drivers to pick up the order despite the fact they had obviously made the mistake and handed it to the wrong driver, no apology I was made to feel it was my fault by the clerk who rang me.I spent about 30 mins calling a non UK based call centre who finally cancelled the order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...
