They never answer the phone which is incredibly frustrating. I have tried calling first thing in the morning, mid afternoon, weekends with no joy. I have even had other pharmacies call on my behalf and they have not been able to get through.

This pharmacy has really gone downhill since merging. They never answer the phone which is detrimental to my father who is disabled and can?t physically get to the pharmacy to ask them questions about when they will deliver his prescription. They have a sign up that they are short staffed, but that has been up there for 6 months. Half of my father?s medications are not available most of the time, but I expect that is due to a problem in the supply chain rather than because of the staff.

Absolutely useless. Had my prescription for a week and didn't manage to order the items despite me going in and them saying they would. Very dangerous behaviour not ordering people's medications.

I was very impressed with Verolita,She?s very helpful, attentive and caring,as I walked into the pharmacy, I was greeted with a smile,And within a few minutes my medicine was ready, she ended by saying thank you,Great customer service,

Waited over an hour for my prescription, noticing people who came after me were receiving theirs.I asked why, and was told "We're very busy!" (which didn't answer my question).They then realised they had not been processing mine as they thought I had already picked up the prescription two days ago!What nonsense.Whenever I go there they can never find my prescription, spending ages looking through boxes of cards, and staring at the computers, then disappearing.None of the staff seem to know what they are doing, and often argue amongst themselves.Their process using tiny slips of paper in baskets does not work, and their whole system is not fit for purpose, with obvious bad communication between the staff to blame also.

Bayan & Verolita were so kind and helpful sorting my prescription out, and went above and beyond to get it when I couldn?t get it anywhere and was having difficulty with the gp getting the prescription right.

Dad gets doset box delivered and they don?t have the right medicine in them. This is not the first time this has happened. I?m always having to ring them up to sort this out. Day Lewis say it?s there hub that they are using. This is not good enough. Dad needs his medication on a daily basis.

What a joke. sins, they have been takenOver the wrong medicine all the time, none of them know what they are doing have left them they back you go back and forth to the doctors

The workers are not very welcoming, my mum always has trouble getting and collecting her prescription, and can feel like she is being dismissed, I have told her to change. If you do not want to work in a place making you unhappy, change jobs do not take it out on your customers.

Day Lewis was my favourite pharmacy, but since Elaine and Drita left I left as well, the staff are not organised ,rude ,they look like they don't know what are they doing ,,,very bad they should do something change all thr staff, they are the worst

This is the worse pharmacy ever.every time I go there different people.the faces are the worst thing do y want to see.They never find your prescription right away, it takes a long time or you have to come back another day.There is no professionalism at all. this will be my last time, i have a prescription to receive and it will be my 3rd time going there. The staff doesn't seem to know what she's doing, and she is very rude. I don't recommend it.

Well, I?ve just had a quite reasonable experience with this pharmacy.Needed a particular brand of Losartan.Rang the pharmacist in Paxton Green Health Centre in the morning.They sent over the prescription by 3pm.Rang Day Lewis at 3:45. He confirmed prescription ready for collection.Attended to collect at 4:05.Sales Assistant took my name, with a ?Yes??3 mins later after a lot of laughing n joking with her colleagues came with the pills and loudly shouted out my name even though I was standing in front of her 1 meter away.On seeing my expression and my not answering she said ?I?m having trouble containing myself today, but I just felt like it?.Well, it is Friday evening ?Hence only 3 stars for ?professionalism?, else would have been 5.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. I can?t even explain. I waited 55 minutes for a prescription and half could not be fulfilled. Had to end up buying an alternative to what I was prescribed as that was what I was waiting for. Shocking service. They need to do ratings like what they do for food shops so they have to improve their service. The amount of times I heard we don?t have that whilst I say that for 55 minutes was terrible. I was actually being generous with one star just so I could write a review. Please ignore the one star. They really need to do something.
