Unbelievable costumer service. I came 9:30am to make sure I will avoid busy times as I had to take my autistic son with me. I was second person in line, however the person in front of me took over 30 minutes and there was only one window opened. At 10:00 after 30 minutes I went to ask a costumer service representative if there is another way to pay the money in as we are waiting 30 minutes, my son is autistic and everyone in the line is already frustrated. the woman was very arrogant and told me that this is the only way i can do it and i should go back to the line as they are working hard and are understaffed. Why not offer to book appointment for matters that take over 30 minutes? Or not ask the gentleman to wait for available staff as it will take much longer than usual. The fact that they are understaffed seems to be a bank problem that should be addressed. And most importantly a person who works in costumer service but cannot hold her attitude should not be allowed to work with people as she is representing the place and should have proper values and understanding for costumers especially of the diversity around.

Excellent branch with professional,dedicated and flexible staff. Basant and Fahmida were absolutely fantastic staff members who went above and beyond to ensure I could open up a bank account today when my previous account was closed down. I am extremely grateful to them both for being so accommodating and supportive. I will definitely recommend this branch to any others who need Barclays assistance. Thank you very , very much again. They are a credit and a great face to face representation to the bank.

Yesterday I went to cancel a direct debit and the employee named Sonia from this branch completely ignored me and slammed the door in my face without even asking me what I wanted. My whole family and I have an account at Barclays since 2010, but we are seriously considering moving to another bank.

Disgusting poor customer service. I reported my card had stolen . I wanted to explain that guy my card had stolen and someone taken out £220 from my account.that guy said to me we don?t want to know about your card every one can take their money out from account from someone give your account details and they can take the money out from their account. That guy without any investigation made me theaf .In my opinion barclays should not recruit that type of people in their bank. Iam talking about the high Road branch Tottenham.

A busy branch, but how many of the customers and staff know about the serious and immediate risk to human health and the survival of the natural world, that Barclays? investment and financing strategy presents. Barclays has invested over $167 billion in fossil fuels since the Paris agreement and continues to be the biggest fossil fuel funder in the UK and in Europe (ranking 7th in the world overall).

I have never been to a place with such poor customer service. Been a few times for various things and each time I feel like I am interrupting their personal conversations to serve me, often waiting a few minutes for them to finish their personal chat before I will be seen. Once you are finally served they have no issue continuing their conversation whilst serving you, and hardly look at you. I have heard all sorts including gossiping about other colleagues, their love life issues or slagging off the branch itself. It is very strange and I have never had this poor level of service so felt inclined to leave a review as it is not the usual high service I have from other branches.
