I was badly discriminated today at Asda Tottenham high by An African lady just because I was wearing HIJJAB ( Attire worn by muslims ) she asked me if I paid for the bag I said yes ma'am I did and still insisted to see my receipt ( no problem I understand that's her job) The way she way making her face while asking me to see a proof really disgusted me. The next thing I see is, The next customer was an African lady also not wearing HIJJAAB, and guess what she only asked her once if she paid for the bag and the customer replied yea and the conversation ended there.she didn't ask for receipt nor proof. I went up to her to confront her and instead of apologizing for the way she made me feel. she proceeded on made click sound with her mouth and rolling her eyes telling me? I WAS GONNA GO UP TO THE COMPUTER TO CONFIRM IF SHE PAID AFTER SHE LEAVES? I was shocked by that statement. what will do If you find out she didn't because she already left the store ???come on..She kept rolling her eyes until I left the store. lucky her because my son was hungry and I was rushing home to make him breakfast otherwise I would have asked for the store manager. I might still go back to file a complaint if that will do anything. I still can't get over it.

This place is always busy, but there?s only one stuff at the front desk today I was therethere was 7 people in front of me and three people behind me. There was only one cashier and she was proper taking here time and I don?t blame her too much pressure on one person then making so much money, but they don?t want to spend on their staff.

Wish I could give no stars. My friend did an online shop of over £100 with this store and it wasn't delivered. Asda refuses to refund and says it was delivered. She's repeatedly ask for the GPS data from the delivery van or whatever proof they have, so she can put whatever information they have as part of her complaint, but they have ignored her for over 4 weeks now. At best the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address but my friend shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. She's been doing regular online shops from that store for 2 years and has never raised an issue before. £100 is a lot of money to be taken from you without receiving anything. Customer service is shocking, even criminal as this is tantamount to stealing.

I've been accosted by beggars when walking in and out of the store and followed when I was inside, it's very unnerving. The products are good with competitive prices.

They charge my shoping twice a price , when I asked to refund me they said in 4-5 days. Its on 6 th day I call a ? and he said wait more and just hung the phone. What a service!

I'm not a regular shopper here, but it's convenient for when I'm working in the area and when I do come in it's just for a few things, but I've never had any problems while shopping here and they usually have what I want, so I'm happy.

Staff on self service are rude. A lot of fresh veg isn't in good condition to be bought at full price.

Bad thing is difficult to park anywhere close to the shop and if there is any football or other events you can't park anywhere the shop itself personally i wouldn't recommend it to anyone
