The range of glasses is amazing and great value for your money, the customer service is highly professional, they make you feel very welcomed and at that personal touch to meet their customers needs . The opticians are very experienced and have a lovely warm , friendly, caring nature that makes the experience, even more valuable, they answer all your queens explain the procedure as they are going along . I know this is an opticians, but the level of care and kindness I received from all the staff I interacted with made me feel like I was their most valued customer - best service I've ever received, anywhere. The whole team went above and beyond to help me secure my glasses before my flight the next day - speedy, efficient and welcoming.Thank you Ana, Karolina, Nary and Shuaib, I'll be able to enjoy my holiday in HD for all your efforts!

I have been buying contact lenses from yourselves close to/over a year now. The last time I received a 3months supply in dec?23, the lenses for my left eye were faulty. Meaning it feels very uncomfortable on the eye. I reported the issue straight away to the reception but was asked to come back on the 6th Jan as that?s the optometrist is on holiday until then and did not give an appointment for that day. Just asked me to walk in.How can they except me to wait for that long to get this tested?I had to go a different provider to get my eyes tested. They certified that my eyes are healthy and gave me a pair of lenses which were absolutely comfortable. (I have their Px to declare this)When I contacted you guys on the 6th, was told I need an appointment to see the optometrist. Why was I not informed this in the first place? (The time I reported the faulty lenses)Finally they gave me an appointment for the 27th Jan and a pair of lenses to keep me going in the meantime.However, that didn?t help either. This time I had pain in the eye. Had to call 111 emergency. They referred me back to you guys. The optometrist who saw me that day, gave me a low power lenses. These lenses did not give me any discomfort or pain but they are not the right power. That did not solve the problem either.Went back again to discuss with you guys for one last time! This time I was given another lens that my original power and these lenses are causing the same discomfort now!!! I don?t think we are getting anywhere on this!!Disappointingly, no explanation was given of why the lenses are causing the discomfort on any of the appointments and why keep given me the same ones again and again!I would really appreciate if you could investigate on this matter and get back to take me.

Such kind and lovely staff!! I popped in for a repair to my glasses and although they were super busy, I was treated promptly and efficiently!!! My regular opticians is closed on a Monday and if they were as brilliant as they area, I?d come back here again!!! All the people there seemed happy and it?s quite a large store! Thank you!

They seem attentive until you've paid; then, they neglect you, making you feel foolish. After paying for my exam and two glasses with lenses, I was granted a one-week collection period. On the specified day, they claimed it wasn't ready. I question whether they think I'm an idle fool with nothing better to do than check for readiness. It's frustrating that a simple call couldn't be made to inform me, saving my time and money, instead of showing up on the given date only to be told it's not ready. SHAME service.

All team member at Tooting Specsavers are really polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. My only gripe was because my 11.40am appoint got called in at 12.05pm, I did not have enough time following my test to look for glasses as I had another appt elsewhere to attend so came back to Specsavers the following day. Big shout out to team member Aamir who is personable, attentive and ever so patient. He took time to listen to my style needs and made valid suggestions talking me through my prescription and with his help I happily picked 2 MJ frames

The best opticians I have been to? ever. The staff are so intuitive and friendly. I normally hate having my eyes tested but after visiting this store there?s nothing I could fault. My only regret is not getting the names the wonderful women who assisted me both at the time of my eye test and on collection. They really made my experience.

Poor service with my aftercare for my contact lenses. Even when I opt to go elsewhere to get my issue resolved, the girl on the phone didn?t care at all.

Thank you so much to the gentleman who works here (sorry didn't get your name) who adjusted my overly tight glasses yesterday evening, that had been tightened in clapham junction so much to the point I looked like a ninja turtle. Thankfully the guy in the tooting branch was helpful and friendly and loosened and adjusted my frames and made it perfect!

This was my first visit to an optician in 13 years so wasn?t sure what to expect.I was pleasantly surprised. The whole experience was excellent.The members of staff were all polite ,attentive and efficient.????
