Very bad service, they have open only two hours every day, from bad to worse Royal Mail service !!! ????

I came on Thursday at 5.42pm. Someone decided to close earlier without earlier notice... Person beeing charge should get sacked for been unprofessional. It's not acceptable. I left my work earlier to collect the parcel. And I found post office closed, lights turned off. Terrible management, lazy workers should be sacked or found another job.

I?ve had nothing but problems. They never leave a card if they can?t leave a delivery or leave in a safe space when given one.They will just return to sender. Very difficult when people are at work.

I've definitely had difficulties with Royal Mail as well but the woman, Daria, who works here is so kind and helpful - she really went above and beyond when I was struggling to mail an urgent letter with the post office opening times not being compatible with my working hours.

Absolutely poor! Poor service,poor communication they give you opinions to leave parcels with neighbour they don?t do it they don?t deliver parcels on the day they send the emails to say they would be delivery haven?t received my post or the parcels they told me they would reattempt to delivery in 2 days now Royal Mail have gone down hill so much !

Nothing wrong with the post office apart from the advertised hours being completely wrong, and making it difficult for anyone to collect at any order times, hours seem overly restrictive

I went to pick up a parcel for my daughter which we missed 2 days ago.The bald Gentleman ( Carribean dissent) was super rude he threw back the card at me and said you got this card today your parcel is not ready. He didn?t even bother to listen to us.My daughter has been waiting for this parcel so eagerly, and to be turned away in such rude and inconsiderable fashion is pathetic and shows the standard Post Office is having towards its customers.This gentleman was just lazy to look for our parcel, mannerless and no etiquette?s on how to speak to customers. moreover we were the only ones at that time and no one else was waiting in the que.I want to know does Post office even cares of their customers.

Both the male and female worker there are so rude and have so much attitude. They make it a pleasant experience as if you should feel guilty for making returns and collecting your parcels? So unprofessional.

They wanted to charge me twice after I had already paid. I showed the evidence email but they were so numb! The lady at the counter (curly black hair) has no manners and cannot deal with customers! There was another guy working with her and he was trying to give me an explanation about what happened with my parcel and she intentionally pushed me with her shoulder! These kind of people cannot work in a sociable environment like a post office! Maybe it would be better off if they step into a boxing ring and attempt a career like that! I'm still shocked!

Worst delivery office in the uk. The opening and closing times are always wrong. The staff also refuse to give proof of postage if they are not in the mood, they said they don?t have the stamp which is a lie.

Pretty short opening hours and typically a long queue to get in - at the moment very backed up with delays which no doubt doesn't help but it does feel like there is a lack of urgency from the team here to get people through quickly.Also annoying that you can get the slip telling ypu something has gone to the depot, but then queue for it here and find out it actually isn't there yet but MIGHT come in a few days

Completely random opening hours and none of my redelivery requests are actually executed. Instead I get asked why I am picking up a parcel in the office if I requested a redelivery - three days after the redelivery was due.

They "attempted" delivery over a week ago, been to the post office twice to collect my item and was told that it still wasn't on the system due to a backlog.Very arrogant and condescending staff, utterly useless
