Worst place ever to take prescription. Initially been told to wait 5-10 minutes than 6 staff standing behind counter cannot even find me a medicine until 20 minutes while I was only customer. No assurance no apology while waiting. Seems like I didn?t even exist and they were all busy talking and doing their routine job. Honestly never recommend to anyone.

They always make me wait so long. I tell them I?ll go shopping and come back instead of waiting. I come back after an hour and my prescriptions are still never ready. They then didn?t have enough stock, so they tell me to come back next week for the rest. What awful service! Waste a lot of my time.

Have just been for my first ever Ear Clean.I was seen promptly at my appointment start time. It was explained what the procedure was going to be. It was thorough, and quite gross ?, but I?ve left with the gift of being able to hear again properly! 10/10 service & environment all around!
