Wouldn?t recommend coming to this branch. Very few staff and they run off to help other people leaving you waiting for hours! Appalling service, been here for 2 hours and still waiting.

Best branch in south london by far. I came in with a very complex enquiry as I recently won a lot of money. I was greeted by vish who was extremely polite and helpful and got me seen by the manager within minutes. I spoke to Nadia the bank manager and was informed if I ever needed anything as a bank managers customer I could always rely on the tooting branch. I was also referred to the banking consultant Numayr who was an amazing help so professional and helpful and had excellent service and I was seen as wanted when they did me a referal. Thank you to all the staff at Halifax Tooting :)

Waste of time. Walked into the branch to discuss opening a business account. Nadia the manager was very friendly and sat me in a room for 20 mins discussing ins and outs. Then explained a dedicated member of the Lloyds business team will call me in 48 hours. I?d heard that before so I just asked if they definitely will. ?100% I can assure you they will within 48 hours?.5 days passed and nothing. I went back into branch and the cashier assured me Nadia will call me asap. 3 more days and still zero contact. I walked back in and the same cashier just shrugged and said he doesn?t know what to say. Annoyed I?ve wasted so much time and was genuinely quite hopeful

Popped in yesterday to change my surname on my bank account after getting married. My surname has been double barreled with my husbands name. The man serving me gave me incorrect information and said I needed to a deed poll in order to do this. I tried to explain to him that that was incorrect as I had my marriage certificate with me which means I can either take my husbands name, or double barrell but he was insistent and claimed as my new name doesn't appear on my marriage certificate I need a deed poll. Again, I tried to explain that the new name doesn't go on the certificate but he wouldn't listen. Went to the mitcham branch instead and managed to change it with no problems, with my marriage certificate. When I told them what had happened in tooting the lady serving me told me it's actually on the system that all I need was my marriage certificate. Further training to this man in tooting is most definitely needed as had I not known better, I would have wasted money on an unnecessary deed poll!

Whilst waiting in a long queue, I was approached by Halifax staff who sorted out my business very efficiently. He was polite and patient and helped me out. He also went above and beyond to offer help with my mortgage and resolve queries about Kid's Savers account. However I laterfound out that the transaction didn't go through. Came back a week later only to be told by the young Asian lady at the counter (she was the only person there at 11am on Thursday morning) only to told that they can't help, I will have to call a number she provided.

Very Disappointed. I had an appointment for account opening which I took a week ago, I arrived at branch and the concern person is busy with another customer so I was waiting for him and after 20 minutes he came out side with the customer and when I approach him for my appointment, he straight way told me that he is not doing my appointment. He was so rude. One of the worst experience in the bank. I waited almost 30 minutes for my turn that man is so rude. He is not in a favor of doing my account opening process. If google allow me then I will give -5 (Minus) star. Such a unhelpful staff. They just want to pass their time with no output of work. I told him that you will loose one important customer then he said that, it's okay if you wish to close your account. Very very bad behavior of the staff specially Mr. Allassane Sylla, who denied to attend my appointment. I am so so disappointed by this such a worst service to the valued customer..

Well I had to change phone and had problem with my online banking...yesterday 30/11/20 I went in and complained about my problem which i wasn?t happy withI was told to come in to an office and two lovely ladies had to attend to my concern ..I was a bit upset/angry but those ladies kept on smiling trying to figure out what they need to do.Finally after an hour ,my problem was solved,I was very happy ? and had to thank the lady so much for her time ,patience and dedication to my issue.????????????

I have been in this branch a lot of time. I never had any bad experience so far. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Personally Tooting branch is one of the best around this area. Keep it up guys.

Good location, very convenient for the public transport users as it is just opposite the Tooting Broadway tube station. I normally don't use this branch as there is no parking.

Absolutely SHOCKING!!!! lunch time on a Monday and they only had one cashier open. The cue was out of the door and the managers just seemed to be looking on alone from their offices. Disgraceful service. STAY AWAY if you don't want to lose an hour of your life waiting in line.
