I came into the store because I had a couple of questions. Customer services was no help so I went into the store. Yasmin was so kind and helpful, very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to solve my issues. 10/10 customer service.

What a pleasant visit today. I went in with sim replacement as one issue and unlocking my older device as second issue Neil sorted everything for me very quickly and with professional attitude along with highest level of politeness, great chat along the way, he even went beyond and gave my some tricks with my devices. Thanks again Neil !!!

Most unpleasant and horrible customer service I've ever experienced. No ability to understand the customer issue and totally unwilling to help and just pain rude. Calling a customer stupid and just pretending they are hiding behind non existent laws is not helpful. Alternatively to help me could have been found but not by this rude and arrogant customer support rep

Not worth visiting, they push dodgy deals in order to push sales. I didn?t understand why my bill was high until I called the company. Just call EE company direct instead they?re more helpful.

Neil at the ee store tooting went over and beyond to reassure us that after the 1/1/24 I had my ee esim mobile app hacked upon contacting ee and going to the store Neil and the team at the store is the go to guy for any of your ee needs .

The shop was closed when I arrived even though I had an appointment. Why do you allow appointments if it is closed? It is disturbing to waste my time like this.

Had a very bad experience here. We booked an appointment slot for a time convenient to us. We arrived early but had to wait an hour inside the shop before we were seen! The customer service was poor, seemed very disorganised. We did not get our queries answered satisfactorily, we were told we could definitely have our broadband cost reduced.... to then be told sorry, actually we can't do it you have to come back next year! I definitely would not go to this store!

Very good customer service. Worker Neil helped me a lot, we were paying around £300 for 3 phones, at the end we all had phone upgrades and are paying around £110. Very satisfied!!

Although the staff tried to be very helpful, the organisation was a lot to be desired. I ordered an upgrade, which I went to collect after a few days. For three days I was told it hadn't arrived. On the fourth day it turned out it had been sent back. I was then told that if I cancelled but ordered another one through a different branch it would be quicker...especially if I picked it up myself. I duly did this then returned to the first branch to complete the purchase...only to see the person who gave it to me visiting this branch ?...why he couldn't have brought it over I'm not sure. Then, I tried to put my SIM into the new phone...it wouldn't work. I then took it back to the first branch and they couldn't get it to work. They phoned the EE helpline who eventually found that the phone was blacklisted...aaargh. However, after a while they managed to unblacklist it. I must admit that several staff did try to help me and the situation but the whole experience was very stressful and it took me 11 days to get my phone working...spending about 5 of them in the EE Branch.

My overall experience was perfect and I came out of the store with 100% fully customer service.One of the staff member called Neil has made a huge effort and spent a good time with me and has been really patient with all my requests he deserves 10 stars indeed.Wishing you and EE team more success.A happy customer ?
