The place is hectic, ,first two machines are for taking cash, printing statement and the other machines allows you to sort payments, make print outs. The till is for every day transaction. Best time is 10 to 12.00 and 13:00 to 14:15.Approach staff as not very proactive.Also remember to use post office on Amen corner 5 minutes walk, the post office off Franciscan Road about 8 minutes walk or the post office opposite superdrug.These allows some bank transactions.However best to get this company to do the work.Requires work ? on this place has the other places are better managed for handling normal bank transactions such as depositing.Most important ask about which queue you are in, has staff need to be approached to strike up conversation.They need to work for their keep has Balham was much better organised and ran.There is also a phone to speak to customer reps on the telephone.I would insist on also putting cash deposit in the area.Worst thing about this place is that they advertise to go post office Why???Do not close all the branches if you cannot cope.

Just before Christmas I went in to this my local barclays and joined the Q. A few people waiting but we chatted and found a few things to laugh about and then I was approached by Tricia (barclays staff) and asked how they could help. I had received letters from Barclays saying they were going to review the overdraft facilities on a couple of accounts and this had sent me into a tail spin...I needed to speak with someone not a Chatbot or other scenario....but talk to a real person.Tricia listened and explained seeing someone would take some time...not a problem....so I then chatted with Noor ( barclays staff ) and arranged to join the Q to speak with someone. So found a chair and chatted with others waiting .... and incredibly it seemed in no time at all I was invited into a room by Peter ( I believe his name was and apologises if I got that wrong ) for a chat about my concerns. We spoke at length and I was put at ease and reassured by Peter and also he was able to explain the situation to my satisfaction and consequently I left in a very positive frame of mind. So would like to thank Tricia, Noor and Peter ( I'm sure that was his name ) for your help during my visit .regards Simon

This bank deserves a 0 star review! This morning I was in toting Broadway brunch. The customer agent Jerome was extremely rude and arrogant! I felt very offended and upset! I made a former complain and hope things change! I suggest to use the app!

Avoid this branch as the manager Louise is very rude I tried to walk in at 3.30 in the afternoon and the bank was shut and when asked why is it shut she started to point at the timings in a rude manor rather then being polite and saying hi sir sorry this branch closes at 3.30 just incase u don't know if your not from the area as I'm not but she slammed the door in my face and then we were stranded outside people trying to deposit cash in a robotic machine and they don't have a clue what to do so I had to help the lady deposite ridiculous service rude staff Asian male next to Louise had a smerk on his face like he was enjoying it is this barclays gosh stay away

All ATMs on the street are permanently out of order. Came here many times in December and now in April - they are all still out of order. Useless

Have visited this branch(Tooting)last Friday, had an appointment with Louise! She was amazing! Really helped me with understanding things, what I was struggling for months to understand, didn't rush me out but gave me time, answered all my questions and made me feel like a Customer. Superb customer service. Barclays should have more such people, it would be joy to visit. After having a negative experience in Streatham High Road branch, I was really happy to meet somebody like Louise. Will definitely come back when I need something else. Thank you Louise, you are great!

I went into the bank to withdraw a large some of money. Denise who served me was very polite and helpful. She gave me 2 coins bagsand split the money in 2 and mentionedenvelopes are not provided because of pickpockets . She was the only one serving and apologised to every customer who had been waiting.Keep up the good work Denise ?

both managers incredibly rude and disgusting only managed to get the name off one of those monsters it?s name is Trisha horrible attitude towards people asking simple questions also threatening to close my bank after calling them useless which is nothing but the truth because i?ve been waiting for around 45 minutes was supposed to be seen to but ignored for another customer i hope this branch closes down both racist and will be contacting head office

Most useless bank branch on earth. They have closed most of their counters barring one for high value transactions. They expect all customers to use the one machine for cash deposits. I waited for 20 mins and decided to open a new bank account with Nationwide.

The customer service ladies are polite enough, but it is ridiculous how short of staff they are on a Saturday morning when people are trying to get their stuff sorted.They are keeping people outside the door and tell them that they are closing at 1:30pm, so even if they got there before then, they won?t be allowed in if it gets to closing time.All the cashier positions closed and no one around. Absolutely awful!

Very disappointed service and top of that ATM doesn't work most of the days even though they had reduced their hours so if you want to paying cash or cheque then wait and wait
