The treatment of both the reception staff as well as the doctors is appalling, irresponsible and is unfit to be open to take patients.The constant struggle to get appointments or even medication sent to the pharmacy has been impossible, the receptionists are not helpful and give conflicting advice.Another things is the closing time showing as 18.30 when the receptionist says 17.30Do not register with this GP

the staff at the desk are so mean i always have to have some sort of negative experience with them even though i try act extremely nice and understanding. Today i went in with a positive attitude but i knew it wasn?t gonna do anything. There were 2 ladies at the desk and i asked one of them for my NHS number, she said something rude about me in her language with the other lady and after a long time of waiting eventhough there was no one else in line the lady went upstairs. however the other lady was nice but yeah

The Front office staff were rude and unprofessional. They don?t care about the patients they have and act like they?re running the whole NHS around .

Phoned to book an appointment, was attended to by Jordan (hopefully correct spelling), very professional, polite, and a credit to the surgery.It's not everyday you experience exceptional customer service, very refreshing to know it's still being delivered.Outstanding service.

called up couldn't get through this is everyday when I finally got through I said my daughter was very unwell high temp and in pain and they told me no appointments luckily I called 111 she had to go a and e she had a serious case of tonsillitis and fever I don't even know why I'm still at this surgery If anyone can suggest a better place to go that would be great!

Not only the waiting times to get appointment is beyond unacceptable, with the forever calling at 8am to get a message at 8:15am that there are no more appointments for the day and to try tomorrow. When you finally convince them to give you a pre-book appointment there is nothing for less than 3-4 weeks later. I took this option after trying for weeks to get an appointment by calling at 8am, finally my pre-booked appointment was on 12/06 to discuss with the doctor a blood test results (which I had done back in March-April), the text clearly say to expect a call between 11am-1pm, made myself available during this time so that I didn?t miss the call, as they don?t try twice. The doctor ended up calling around 3:15pm, when I was at a work meeting. Called back to the office immediately after, and I was told the doctor will give me a call by the end of the day, which didn?t happen.Today 13/06 I called the office again asking for follow up, but the solution is a) call at 8am to get same day appointment: b) get another pre-book appointment for a time slot next week when I?m busy at a training at work and they can?t promise the doctor will call within the agreed slot; c) get another pre-book appointment by beginning of July.It?s exhausting just to try and get an appointment with the doctor, and I am ended up feeling more anxious and unattended after contacting the gp.

Absolutely terrible doctors surgery. Awful customer service and it is almost inevitable to get an appointment. May I add the staff attitudes are atrocious

Omg where do I start at the beginning 8.30am today waiting in the queue .a man waiting on a form from a nurse dressed in uniform he didn?t understand her attitude was ?forget it I?ll get it for you ? how unprofessional how rude .Unfortunately due to the fact I?ve been unwell and trying to come to terms that my wonderful mum passed away while holding her hand I?ve not been able to address my personal health for some time and on this occasion did not put a repeat prescription on time. Speaking with the receptionist who was very helpful said ? she could see what she could do ? I thanked her . She left a note on my prescription and an additional post it note .Big thanks to the person who could have done this for me I now have no antidepressants ( withdrawal symptoms) no painkillers ( in extreme pain plus withdrawal symptoms) and no blue inhaler for my asthma let?s hope I don?t have an asthma attack , 9 hours and you couldn?t do an urgent prescription I will find out who you are . All these young girls have no idea tbh it?s no wonder the practice has gone down hill so much they do not have the experience, but I?m sure they will all be having a nice weekend

Honestly wish I could put 0 stars for customer service.Earlier this year I was trying to get an appointment for a small surgery. Couldn?t get one for months, every time I called up the receptionist (one of which was honestly quite rude) they said they had no appointments and to call back another day and another day and so on for weeks.When I finally got to see the doctor he basically had a go at me for leaving it so long? like what?The surgery itself was done well so can?t fault the doctor (which is why I haven?t put 1 star) but the GP office is either entirely too busy or hasn?t got enough doctors. Either way the wait time for an appointment is ridiculously long.Also the waiting area could use an update, very dated inside.

If you manage to see a doctor, the medical service is professional and competent. However, the clinic apparently has too many patients enrolled and is unable to service them. There is no way to make a call. There is only one doctor on the website and the next appointment by phone in a week. It cannot be called a good clinic. Because help is basically not given. Here you have to fight for help for yourself or your children.

If I could put a 0 Star I would. Have been trying to get an appointment for my baby and my toddler, calling dead on 8am and haven't even been able to get in the queue with the annoying music as that only holds 10 in the queue at a time. Took them both into the surgery to ask for a Nurse, Middle aged receptionist with glasses and short hair was very rude, uncaring, unhelpful don't know her name as she had no name tag but she asked me what the problem is and then told me the nurse won't see them for the problem and that I have to call at 8am next day even though I said I can't get through and when I asked her for help with the App Booking she said it was not their problem and they have nothing to do with it even though they are promoting the App option it seems there is no support for it at all.

If I could I would give no stars. I have used this practice since I was a child so 35 yrs. It has had its minor issues but nothing like the last 3-4 yrs; and now I am afraid it is time to change surgery's. Though covid restrictions are lifted they are still using this as an excuse not to see patients ( I have not been seen now in person since 2019) even when they call bar one doctor who is a locum they are all really to busy to speak and no interest in me or if regarding my children who have both been mis diagnosed in the recent past . You can't get an appointment even calling at 8am and waiting and I am not kidding two occasions until 9.30am to then be told appointments had gone! Again it is like another reason not to see people. No advance booking however they are happy to do a "call back" two weeks later. It is such a shame as 10 yrs ago I would never of heard a bad word said about the surgery, however now I am researching practices to move myself and my family elsewhere!If only management take any notice that patients feel so undervalued and not cared for at this practice then it could be worked on and a better place . However I feel this is not even on the agenda currently.
