Aggressive reception and staff. too much rudeness towards people who are visiting the hotel. Small rooms and broken air conditioners and also the lifts are always out of the order. The house keeping people also took my air pods ,don’t even think about the food because it is a absolute rubbish.

Not good really bad security and angry ? reception and dirty laundry and there is mouse in the rooms and kitchen I saw that with my two eyes and the lift is always broken the FOOD is EXTREMELY BAD or TRASH.

stay at this hotel on summer trip 2018, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are neat and clean but not too big, the facilities are okay. the breakfast menu is quite decent although not much variety but it's appropriate.
