Every time I go, walk away wondering why I even bothered. The last 2 times I approached the same guy with massive gold glasses (who turns out to be a manager of some sort) and both times he just seemed like he didn't like customers and couldn't care less. He said he would send someosne over. Instead of apologising for keeping me waiting 10 minutes for someone to come talk to me, he got all defensive "all colleagues are seeing customers" yet he is leaning against a cupboard at the entrance and a steady flow of people coming from the back rooms. Seems they don't have phones or ways to communicate with colleagues. Ending up speaking with a guy called Nav who was friendly and engaging, But ended up buying the same TV from Richer Sounds on the same day, as I was still annoyed from the initial interaction.

Really poor management of tills and queues there- four people seemed to be needed to solve one problem. Staff could see I was waiting on crutches, when it came to my turn member of staff disappeared. They lost a sale.

Since having problems here before I vowed never to return to this place but like a fool I returned. Spent 45 minutes looking for staff trying to get help. I?m a person who is in favour of going to stores rather than shopping online but on this occasion whilst waiting for help I ordered what I needed from Argos online.

I went to collect a toaster that l had ordered, and it took them 30 minutes to find it. Very poor service and communication skills. Never again will l shop there.

Crazy returns system and policies. Avoid currys, better and easier to stick to amazon!

It's a massive shop,but there doesn't seem to be a lot of staff and you seem to wait ages for assistance.
