11/7/23. Took my hatchback SUV in for a valet. Chose the Gold option for £30. Upon my return, and unfortunately AFTER paying by card, I checked the car. The boot & back of rear seats were still covered with dog hairs.( we took our dog to the coast at the weekend) When I asked why the dog hairs were still there I was told that they don't do dog hairs!! A man came with me to look in the boot and said "dog hairs, yours". If staff do not deal with dog hairs this should be clearly stated on the service description. Incidentally, I would be interested to know the reason why Waves car vacuum cleaner cannot pick up dog hairs. Is it allergic? Will not use again and will warn other dog owners.Services: Polishing

If I could give a 0 I would. Not only did they chip my paintwork on my car. They then proceeded to say it was already there when it very clearly wasn?t! They then said they would check their cameras and suddenly all the cameras weren?t working. I left with no apology or any help. I feel extremely upset by this and now have to pay out of my own money to get my pain work corrected all from just having my car cleaned. Appalling service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Thought I'd give this business a 2nd chance as it was convenient. All I wanted was an outside wash. They couldn't even get that right and totally forgot the car had wheels and had to get the guy over with the cloth. Honestly you could do an overall job better with a spray bottle. Asda on the other hand have always done a brilliant job. One star for knowing how to turn the hose on!
