I had an amazing experience with this store.The customer service was outstanding and the product was exactly what i was looking for.The manager nimra is very kind and polite with other staff members and customers as well and she creates a peaceful envoirnment and that is a most important thing for every sucessful business.

Ordered on Uber Eats and the item was available. The item i actually needed. They told me last minute it wasn?t available so couldn?t even get the item from another store. It?s ridiculous. If i could give 0 stars i would. All of the reviews are right about poor stock. Don?t say it?s available when it?s not? dumb.

Went in, and the staff couldn?t explain about the lottery process. I was with a friend, and we were joking about winning the lottery , and the staff got mad at us saying we are laughing on them? Which makes no sense.

Absolutely terrible experience yesterday!!Is a shame a big business as Sainsbury?s .Can?t manage a proper security services!!!!2 guys went in side yesterday robing the shop on a knife point !Happened a lot in this area , they know it !I was just walking in and the 2 man?s was leaving the store with bags of groceries and a knife in hand .Security was standing still. With I don?t blame him! He is probably getting 11£ per hour. And not judge him.As a ex-security officer I can say this shop needs at least 2 man . Or a man with dog unit .Imagine you are with your kids witnessing this ? Is not expectable.. will complain where supposed to!!!

I'm really happy this sainsbury is here. As it is a local you find prices are a little bit more expensive. The main sainsbury is a bit of a walk away. This one is big enough to stock all the essentials
