My previous Agency that was looking after my mother was absolutely poor the management were extremely poor and carers not good at all!!We then got premium home care with the help of local authority changing the first useless Agency.What can I say premium is absolutely brilliant Agency the Manager pindi is on the ball and the carers they have are excellent. .Me and my wife are very happy with the Agency and would highly recommend anyone looking for a great Agency to use the service's of premium.A very thank you to Pindi your great!Asif Faryad.
