Olivia and Matt were beyond helpful and patient. I took up a lot of their time with the coin machine last weekend and stacks of £5 notes. It didn't deter them in the slightest and their customer service was exemplary

So much better than the Wimbledon branch. The staff in Sutton are so much more hard working and seem to really care about the customer experience. Wimbledon is the complete opposite experience with lazy staff often doing nothing, chatting to each other whist queues of customers build up.

Exceptional. It is superb to be able to walk into branch and chat to banking staff that understand you needs. Barclays lost a customer in us after years of god awful service. Still, Barclays loss is Metro Banks gain.

Basically the worse costumers service o had experience in my life, the lady on the desk so rude not interested to help, called the manager was worse than the first lady, never apologise for anything she only try to defend her colleague, another lady jumped in but she was even more rude then the other two, no manners no respect to me or my kids. Basically little mafia bank, i have to close my son bank account immediately, after all this still no one has apologised or said sorry. Bunch of rude little mafia working on a bank. SO PLEASE D AVOID THIS RUDE PEOPLE.

Went in the Sutton branch was seen in a few minuets lady served me was very helpful once we finished I joined a que to pay in some money there was a few people waiting then staff from the front went on the tills and was seen very quick to pay in excellent service

The worst Metro ever. I had to wait 50 minutes in an almost empty branch because the host guy misunderstood my request to get some document. I was just waiting and waiting. In the meantime the bank was kinda empty and nobody ask me why I still be there. I was really upset and disappointed. I hope not all of the Metro Bank branch the same like this.
