Much better than Barclays in general. I have a bank account with them for 10 years now but last year I opened a new one at Lloyds and what a relief. App is showing credit score,give me tips how to work on it and get the best out of it,unlike Barclays. Highly appreciated.

This is a busy bank but has all the facilities to carry out any transactions quickly, including staff who are available at the counters for anything that can't be carried out at various terminals. Be prepared for a wait but the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Park at Morrisons or B and Q.

A lady working there Called Zoe blond lady was standing infront of me for so long chatting to another lady about kids instead of helping and doing her job for about half an hour. She was staring at me and she could see that I needed assistance but she carried on talking and even mentioned that she doesn?t have anything to do. Poor customer service. It?s not the first this happens there should be more professionalism

Having recently set up an account with Lloyds using the account switching service, I received a courtesy call from Sam at the Sutton branch regarding my new account and how things were going. I'd had an issue when setting up the account and mentioned it to Sam, who then went out of her way to help resolve it within a few working days. A great start to banking with Lloyds, thanks Sam!

I always find the service at Lloyds Bank in Sutton extremely professional. Yesterday I needed advice with several issues. Sarah Henley helped me complete each one whilst explaining everything in a way that was thorough and reassuring. Sarah was very knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble.
