I did not like the service at this branch. I experienced discrimination based on the color of my skin. Everyone there was black. And black customers had an advantage. I felt that I was being ignored. When it was my turn, the manager asked what she could do. I needed to verify my ID to get the card. I couldn't do it online, so I needed the help of a bank employee. The manager switched to another customer of her race and began to communicate in their language. The manager who served him didn't help him because the customer didn't speak English well and she just got up and left him. I was waiting for them to talk. The manager was not attentive to me and told me that the bank registered me. I explained to her that I did not receive a message from the bank about successful registration, and she said that the bank does not send such messages. I say that my bookkeper said that I should receive a letter. She convinced me to wait and the card would arrive in 5 days. I spent this time and when I checked again, it turned out that I had not registered. So sorry...

I'm speechless at the exceptional performance and kindness of Tanvir and Vicky, they are flexible and understanding, they made an exception for me once they realized I have a plane to catch (I showed my documents) hence Instead of withdrawing the money at 10.00 am as per the standard rule, they allowed me to withdraw earlier, thank you both so much you people are life savers! I had a wonderful customer experience with Robert in lloyds Bank, Broadway Stratford branch, I strongly suggest you to go to him with whatever problems you may have or think you have! Absolutely useless customer service. I have no idea what kind of students they employ here, but even the service manager seems like they have no clue how law and banking works. I wanted to change my account surname after marriage. Had new passport with the new surname, marriage sertificate on me as well. Now my surname slightly differs from my husband because thats the traditional way that I like and guess what? The service lady with a service manager told me it is not possible to do it without a solicitor letter and a stamp... what kind of nonsense is that? Train your staff, let them read up on marriages and changing surname procedures. I do not recommend this particular bank branch. Absolutely worst experience.

Worst experience of opening an account!15/09 got two emails tell me to upload my proof ID26/09 got two emails- One said ?Your registration has been successful?- The other said ?Your current account application was successful?29/09 got my physical card02/10 activated the card03/10 got a mail with PIN number04/10 got the SMS msg that told me ?To complete my account application, bring my document to the nearest branch?08/10 got the msg same as 04/10 oneI AM VERY CONFUSED ABOUT THE LAST TWO MESSAGES!!!!I spent my time to this branch, hope there will be any staff can assist me with that. I also show him my successful confirmation email, but he kept asking me to find the reference number. Turned down, the staff uploaded my ID again, and then realized I doubled open an account.His attitude was so bad!HE SAID I SHOULD HAD MENTIONED HIM I GOT AN ACCOUNT ALREADY, NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER FEW WEEKS TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT WHICH HE JUST COMPLETED FOR ME!!I sounded like it?s ALL MY FAULT, and it?s definitely not about he kindly assisted me without asking my problem and double checking my ID on their system.Really speechless experience:))

Horrible experience!!! I don't want to blame the bank but the brach service was really poor. Today I have visited with my wife for just the statement. They put us in the queue and after waiting more than one hour I asked the when our turn ? She replied after 2 person. Then again wait and wait then they realized she didn't register us. Then one lady started to serve us and asked bank card, brp card to verify me. But I use Gpay. And I showed my lloyds bank logged in and some other photo cards but she need the BRP card ! Why ??

Customer service very bad just wasted time to go here. If you need to sort any problems, better go to Westfield Stratford Lloyds bank,working professional people. Don't waste your time with students. Who does not carry on clients and talk about coffee or break
