The Indian woman working here failed to update my address due to pure negligence and incompetence and as a result, the bank placed a block on my account TWICE. She even gave me a receipt to confirm my address change but she obviously failed to update the address on her system and was extremely arrogant. Sadly, this was the only branch I could find that was close to Canary Wharf and open on a Saturday. Otherwise, I would've never visited this branch. Shocking service. People like her should not be allowed to work in the banking industry. I closed my account with Santander after this incident and will let everyone know how incompetent their staff is.

Queues! I have only used this branch on 3x occasions but found it to be poorly staffed and with very long queues. Staff competency levels leave a lot to be desired.

Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced, they act like a pack of hyenas standing and sniggering instead of helping me process my application. The manager Gina needs to be fired shes the most unhelpful member there defending her staff that was being rude and threatening to close mine and my children?s accounts. Trash branch, I?m planning to bank elsewhere!

Don?t get me wrong it was heaving with a long wait on a Saturday morning, however the staff were patient and friendly and despite being interrupted several times and being under pressure, they treated everyone calmly and politely and were really helpful. It made all the difference and it?s great to occasionally have a personal service rather than online all the time.

Adviser was rude, didn't care to listen to us. Then went over to collegaue to arrange her to see us. Before we could explain our situation, she told 'us' why we were here. Horrible experience. Will never want to bank with them ever again. Adviser interrupted our meeting with his collegaue, we sat there while they whispered to each other in front of us about us ! Unprofessional, inconsiderate, giving a bad impression of the company.

Ridiculous people works here unprofessional bad customer service rude and not caring about their clients not manner and very Selfish women working in there . After 1 hour waiting spoke to a lady regarding a bank account they just left me on the chair and close the bank and told me to go so basically they have wasted only my time ! Very not suggested they are definitely better branch than this with definitely better people working and better customer service with experience and not like that that don?t even know how to dial with clients !?

I spent ages in the queue for the worker to put someone else in front of the line because he waited a long time the day before!! The cashiers spend at least 15 minutes with each customer having a chin wag or getting up going inside and out again on repeat. I went in quite happy and left absolutely fuming. If you want to subtly punish someone send the to this branch.

Santander?s core values of incompetence, inefficiency and unhelpfulness (current Santander Trust Pilot rating 1.4 out of 5, lowest of the major UK high street banks) are followed to the letter by their Stratford branch.\\nIn November 2021 I had to travel across London to the Stratford branch of Santander to meet with a bank representative in person (first available local in person appointment was three months wait, February 2022), allowing them to check in my presence, copy and then file all the documents for my Parent?s LPA. They then lost or mislaid half of the paperwork.\\nCaring for end of end-of-life parents while having to negotiate Santander?s incompetent bureaucracy was an unnecessary extra stress.

Me and my brother had an amazing experience with this branch. We went into the store to discuss some options and Cheryl and Annette were really helpful with us. i had not good experience. waiting in the line for more than 25mins. my back hurts.\\nAnd a male staff/guidance persuade me to save my cash into account. each time can save50 pounds, i need do at least 30times. and always the machine can't recognize all cash.\\nThanks god. i had a bad self saving experiences before. i refused even he try to persuade me again and again. really unuserfriendly staff. If it's bad thing why you try to persuade me to use it. you should be more professional to help customers.\\nI saw another bank not that crowed. I will plan to change my bank now.
