“This Shop gets really busy on Fridays but it’s always worth a visit. Popped in New Year’s Eve for last minute shopping and had to queue to pay as only two staff working. The Regular manager that served me apologised for the wait and prioritised serving me over answering the phone that rang while I was being served she’s always really friendly and I was happy to wait I wish all shops gave this level of excellent customer service. It is rare to find someone who doesn’t ignore you to answer the phone in shops these days. I always pop in on Friday and always manage to find a bargain as this shop is the cheapest on the high street. Really good quality clothes and happy to support a great charity.”
