Cheese has been kept it a fridge (with a fridge thermometer which confirms its efficiency) and has gone well mouldy some 3 weeks before the Use By date, see pics. They won't give me a refund and said even if I'd bought it the day before they would not give a refund: "company policy".Several times their milk has gone off before the use by date. If you buy 3 fruit juices to benefit from the 3 for £5 offer the packages sometimes swell up with gas before the use-by date (and I always select the ones with the farthest away date)

I liked Iceland for a variety of shopping good value for ? but not enough tills open 4 tills always closed and difficult to shop when you've got queues down the Isles when you're trying to shop waiting time is ridiculous ?

This store has gone downhill dramatically recently. I mainly use it to buy frozen fish and vegetables, but the selection available has shrunk enormously. There's only two small freezer cabinets of vegetables (mostly peas), with many of my regularly purchased items gone completely (cauliflower rice, frozen spinach, frozen peppers). The packs of frozen salmon have reduced in size, from 4 fillets in a bag to 3. They seem to be mostly pushing their ready meal ranges (Gregg's, Slimming World, Harry Ramsden, TGI, etc) rather than the basics, which is a shame. This used to be a good store to stock up on cheap, healthy supplies for the freezer, but not any more sadly.
