If I can give them any star below one I will give. Completely useless. After a long time finally got the person to open an bank account but again useless. Took me more than two hours to fill forms by self and to do nearly 100 signatures. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU CAN

If i could give them 0 stars i would but i digress. If you're thinking of opening an account with them, DON'T. I also don't understand why they have a phone number shown on this page because that phone line is non-existent - no one picks up or they transfer you to the 'customer line' who you have to explain your situation to again, which then contact the branch to tell them the issue - but in reality that doesn't happen. I don't actually think anyone in this branch communicates with each other because the sheer amount of times i have had to go to the branch to give various documents, had to call them and try to get my issue sorted out was so exhausting, i would rather eat bricks for lunch everyday. Imagine starting from the beginning and having to regurgitate EVERYTHING, EVERY TIME because no one wants to read up on your issue before they blindly call you. Only when i threatened to close my account did they 'prioritise' me but oh lord that took a speedy 4 months to be exact. The only reason that i am still with them is because i don't have many options. If i could, i would rather give my money to a 5 year old than them. At least the kid's likely to remember my problem.

Don't use this bank, worst customer service, charge for everything, they will keep freezing the account and then charge until they loot all the money in the account

I have a saving account, which was deactivated by this bank for not using it for a few months. They asked me to submit documents to re-activate the account. I submitted all documents 2 weeks ago. Still my account is not activated. Horrible service. Their call centre /customer service is hopeless, not giving any solution.

Not sure how they are allowed to operate in the UK. Horrendous customer services and very arrogant attitude of anyone in the Bank or Online. They behave like they are doing a favour if you have an account with them! Pathetic!

We've been accounts with PNB in Central India since over 20 years and opened both Business + Personal accounts in the Southall branch since they startered their UK operations. The staff is always very helpful.
