I Have been supporting and shopping in this store for the last 15 years and I have a great relationship with the regular staff members. I went into the store yesterday and was disgusted with the DMs attitude NavishHe was extremely rude and difficult I am going to make a formal complaint and will cc the CEO in as I am extremely annoyed.I will no longer shop in yr store and will now shop at sainsburys and my family will follow.This DM needs customer service training.He definitely doesn't have management skills. Really disappointed that your senior staff have no respect for its local community.I consider myself a valid customer that spends a significant amount with you per month.I am in shock still how rude and disgusting he was.

Don?t even bother going there for evri parcels, from 11am every day they just put up the sign on the label printer that says ?no more parcels today?. They are either to lazy or understaffed but it can?t be true that every day there is no printer available apparently because ?they already have to many parcels? I was told. Every day from 11am? Come on.

I don?t usually post these but there is one woman who works here who I feel like is owed appreciation. i think her name is Amarni? She radiates good energy and joy, particularly come to this Tescos because of her, honestly walked out of Tescos thinking that this is the best service i?ve ever had. Such a lovely woman who makes efforts to brighten up anyones day & truly deserves the world

Only good worker is Amarni! Beautiful soul, warm personality. Rly bosses it. I wish she was manager thereOther staffs Customer service is rubbish, push passed you with online orders on trolleys. Attitude issues, even put security stickers over barcodes. Stupidity. They dont care? Get a new job

I am a regular here for years ,and today just because I have a problem with a lady from outside because she was blocking the street for more the 5 minutes with a buggy kids of twins ,without knowing the story they simply find the way to sort out the problem to tell me (Don?t come back )wow how diplomatic to talk like that with a customer ,for sure I will not be back promise ,there is much better out there to waist my time with this kind of people

It's a tesco express, you know what to expect. Its the same as every other one... except for one member of staff. She's a young lady who is exceptionally happy and being around her, even momentarily, lifts you up. You walk away with a smile on your face because she's such a joy to be around. I would travel out of my way to visit this specific Tesco because of her. Fortunately its just around the corner from my house so I don't have to. If tesco management read this, do everything you can to keep her for as long as possible, she's an absolute diamond.

Be very careful of this store when your not given a receipt on purpose. I realised I was overcharged but that obviously covers what they lost during the day so it doesn't come out of the cashier's pocket.

This store would be greatly improved if the three members of replenishing staff that congregate around the fruit and veg, meat Isle were either retrained or disciplined about how to behave around/towards customers. So far two members of my family have had the relenishing trolly rammed into them (deliberately) and been subjected to sustained verbal abuse and aggressive behaviour, while being followed round the store All incidents were reported but nothing was done. If I behaved the way they do I'd bet banned, how are they aloud to continue behaving like that unchecked?

Always good stock, tidy and the staff are always so friendly and lovely. The lady that served us today was so friendly and up beat, she made us smile.
