This time Sasha,who washed my hair and massaged my head was lovely.Antonio was lovely too,and gave me a great cut.Reception were nice.Was happy to tip, on card, and come back to tip more ,in person,and drop chocolates off for staff to share.My hair feels nice and light.Lovely salon.Chilled,no anxiety.Love having my hair done.Been going to Academy,and salons for years.

I just wanted to a massive thank you to Michele for my amazing colour, cut and blow dry. I felt listened to when we were talking through what I was hoping for, and he shared his thoughts in a friendly and constructive way on what we could do that I hadn't considered.Michele is so friendly, kind and thoughtful - a great listener who cares about his clients both inside and out. Not worth the price tag. I took my niece to get her hair lightened here and she came out with purple hair because the toner wasn?t washed out properly. This made the hair look very dark and not blonde. The technician didn?t know this and kept saying ?her hair is as blonde as I can go without breaking her hair?. After going home and washing my nieces hair with normal shampoo the toner slowly came out and the hair was blonde. The fact the technician didn?t know this, and didn?t advise the same, calls into question her skills.

My rating is for my haircut with Mike! I was really pleased with my haircut- he listened to my concerns with my changing hair and added layers that gave a great shape and new style. Very precise and efficient, whilst friendly and professional at the same time. I highly recommend Mike especially as he has international experience working with Asian and expat clients.The branch itself..I last came to this branch years ago before kids. It's a shame the salon itself felt a bit sad, none of the other staff (another stylist and one hair technician) looked happy/friendly.It's a shame the atmosphere missed that team upbeat/ happy vibe I've experienced b4 at other branches.Ps When I called and asked about colour advice, they suggested I speak to relevant staff after my hair appointment.So when I booked online I wrote a note asking to speak to someone if possible.Unfortunately that day the colourist was very busy and she could not speak with me, as explained my Mike.It would have been nice if she had just quickly popped over to say hi and maybe just say sorry she couldn't see me but anther time?Head office might like find ways to boost staff morale and bring that Toni & Guy vibe back to this branch? =)Service: Hairstyling

The haircut was really good but gosh this is the unhappiest place I?ve been to! When I entered nobody said welcome, nobody even smiled at me. It?s basically the McDonalds of hair salons! ? I wanted to get a colourist consult but changed my mind cause I couldn?t get out faster. Won?t go again but a 4 star for the haircut.
