“I went into the store with a very unusual request. I was looking for a piece of a leather strap that I could use to repair the carrying handle on an antique wood and leather case. Paul found a piece of leather that when cut to size will be ideal for the purpose. He trimmed a suitably sized strip from a larger sheet and gave it to me. He could not have been more helpful.
