Room was good size and had kitchen facilities and a washing machine. But lacked a wardrobe to unpack clothes into for a long stay. Mentioned this to people at the front desk. I arrived at the hotel at about 12:30pm. I was told by an extremely rude manger that check in was at 4 pm. I went out to while away my time and came back at 3pm, only to be told by another surly guy at the reception that they are a very busy hotel so people are just going to have to wait. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I love the location of Fraser Suites. Very close to the tube and great neighborhood restaurants and museums. Apartments are spacious. And Shamal is the best! He will help you out with anything that you need. Ask for him!
