So difficult in attempting to open an online application for a fixed term bond. Gave all the personal details and then nothing happens. No information on what the next stage is. I?m left baffled as no follow up emails or texts sent. Very confusing, surprised that banks can?t just do the simple thing and create a straight forward application process.

It's a bank it does banking. No issues, wasn't busy, no queue. Service was fine.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced but the easternEuropean man working on the counter as you walk in. I asked about opening a euro account , he said it?s nothing to do with them and I should look on the website. I said is there a particular place and he didn?t know. Is there any literature - no, can you show me where on line - no, anyone I can speak to here ? - no. Had £700k to bank with them but now will be taking it elsewhere. This branch will close soon, it?s not worth opening if you aren?t interested in business .

Such a long line if customers every time I came here because there is only one staff at the counter. You have to wait at least 20 min. PS. I haven't come in a busy time, it is 10:23 now.

Long que always need to wait at least 15 mins to get simple banking done. Understaffed as always. Avoid. NatWest wake up.

It's a good location and the machines are quick and easy to use. However, it seems to be usually understaffed and a bit hectic. Avoid needing to go into a branch if you can.

only thing u need to open a bank account is NiNu and your id(passport). No other bank i was at do so. U will probably wait a few minutes in a line but staff is ok,.

Even when it looks quiet, it still takes an age to be seen. Staff did not ask if I needed any help at any point, even though there were two standing at the main desk on the other side of the room, chatting to each other.

Staff were uninterested and when confronted by an error on the screen told me I should leave.
