I purchases sofas from still store a year ago. 4 legs were missing when the delivery came. I had a terrible service when talking to customer services for DFS, inregards to the matter. DFS made me wait a whole before sending me out the legs. The CS for DFS were rude not helpful at all! I would give them a (0) rating if that was an option. I will not be doing business with DFS again!

Dear customerIts value for the product , No complain on that,But all sales peoples have fully trained for brain wash, once the product sale will ask you to add on another £400 maintenance package ( it will be waste ) and after sale there is no way any help from them. Even installing team is private nowadays. Not much experience, One of the Sofa legsnot even touching the floor. I called they said Romford branch is not helpful. But DFS Customer service said after 3 weeks then next appointment. What a joke.Any way please do thing twice.

Unfortunate Customer Experience - visited here recently, as we are going through the motions as a first time buyer. Only popped in on whim to get a better idea of what styles we like etc. only to be spoken to condescendingly and like we weren?t welcome in the store. We?d been walking around without being approached for the most part - for clarification we are a young couple, and were both wearing very casual clothes - we sat down on a sofa to see what we thought and while we sat we talked about how we imagine the layout of our future living room to be. We were slowly approached by a staff member who very coldly and condescendingly quipped ?everything alright just sitting there on /our/ sofa?? We smiled and said yes and the staff member eyed us up and down once more before walking off. We left immediately afterwards, feeling like we?d been thoroughly warned that our clientele was not wanted at this store. Yes we may be visibly young and not appear to be the most affluent, but this is supposed to be an enjoyable part of our journey towards becoming homeowners. I?m no Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman but I do not expect: to be sniffed at, spoken to sarcastically or like I?m a child, because of a staff member?s biases. Unfortunate but we now will no longer be considering DFS for our furniture in future.

Disgusting staff, so rude. Try to make you buy their rubbish qualities sofas, get insurance and other add-ons simply to make your bill higher and increase their commission. My sofa came late and damaged, no one cares to help once they've made the sale - their sole purpose. Would wholeheartedly recommend you go to ANY other store for better quality and better experience. Don't know how they're still in business.

Rubbish Quality! Rubbish Service as always by Romford DFS never trust DFS and their false promises that they take care of your sofas. DFS never recommended beaware of their false quality promises.

I ordered sofa on 13th Feb with delivery time of 7 weeks. it's almost 9 weeks with no sign of any delivery. Sent email to customer services but no response even after 13 days. Tried using chat option on their website but chatbot simply redirects to their order tracker link and closes chat. Customer service number also redirects to order tracker link. There are no updates on the order tracker link in last one month. Planning to visit store and look for options to get refund. would never buy again from DFS. Worst customer service.

? Terrible after sale service from the Romford shop management, what a Joke!!! Buy sofa from here give massage every day to rise the flattened sofa. Avoid DFS after spending 4k plus receiving this service!! ?

Dont trust the fake reviews below.I bought a sofa which was faulty and had gaps in between and the cushions were saggy. I raised a complaint and someone came to inspect and told me that these are normal issues that every customer have and I should have been told in advance after which I was asked to speak to Store Manager who very rudely told me that they will not do anything nor refund and asked me to do whatever I can.I raised a complaint and took legal action after which they agreed to refund me minus the 10% charge and asked me to pay 10% charge so they can refund me. After paying that i have been chasing them to refund me and they have been constantly lying that the refund is issued and can take time to process. I involved my solicitors again after which they told them that there are errors in their system and this can take time to refund.All their sofa are made in China not UK and this was told by their Manager who said that there can be minor issues when they are made as they come from China.I would recommend buying sofa from anywhere except DFS. Please go and check their facebook complaint groups where thousands of people have complained. Dont waste your hard earned money here just because you can get them on finance.
