I am a local and often use this store but wanted to shout out to the friendly and brilliant staff who I always chat to here! I generally come on a weekday morning and unfortunately can?t remember everyone?s names, but they are always friendly and say hello! It?s a clean and well stocked store and I?m always happy to use it.

Great customer service . Range of clothes meant I couldn?t do the exchange I wanted, but well merchandised , and more importantly really helpful staff !

Waited 25 minutes for a raw chicken burger and fries, staff are polite. Just a shame I had to wait so long for lunch and for it to be raw.

I had quite bad luck in having to resort to some last minute Christmas shopping on such a busy day as Christmas Eve, but this store and its workers made it a quick and painless process. I was looking for a specific jumper for my grandmother and was having trouble locating it in the store. I asked one worker (I can?t remember their name) and they told me that I could instead order it online, to which I was quite disappointed. Instead of leaving however, I decided to ask another store worker, by the name of Melinda, who was able to help me. She looked around the clothing department of the store and when she couldn?t find it she even went to check the storage room and within 5 minutes I had the jumper I was looking for! She made me and my grandma very happy with the help she gave, even in such busy times!

Have been to this M&S several times and has always been good however this time had a bad experience in the cafe. We ordered food and were issued an order number, after nearly 30 minutes the food still hadn?t arrived, we flagged to a team member who went to look into it, he came back saying they didn?t have a record of our order and asked what food we were waiting for, once we confirmed it was shortly delivered soggy and cold. My guess is that it had been sat on the side since we placed the initial order 30 mins prior. The cafe was very busy and we were in a rush so needed to leave. I reached out to customer services online to complain which was unhelpful. Overall a poor experience from both the cafe and M&S customer service team.

Was in a hurry so popped in, products a lot more expensive than most. Tesco charge 15p for vegetables, they were 75p +.But I was in a rush , otherwise would have gone somewhere else.

Lovely M&S as always, nice spacious store with M&S food also, fantastic as always. Staff are extremely polite and helpful, special mention to the security on the doors for always being polite and welcoming customers in! Love this M&S!

Excellent M&S, it's pretty large and has a great selection of both clothing, food, home, travel money and beauty. It has a cafe has well which works well in this store, for a M&S store not in central London it's very decent, and lots of great parking. Not the easiest to get to by public transport but for a car, no issue. Very friendly staff, especially James who noticed we were looking for something and helped us out, so great customer services. Great store, love it there.

The mineral water you say is from Scotland taste very poor extremely metallic and even though it is still causes gas leaves a very strong metal chemical after taste.

Everything is good exept one thing:The prices are ALWAYS MORE EXPENSIVE than other branches.If you want the same good quality and lower prices, go to the Richmond branch, which is not too far away.

Cafe was grubby and tired. Table sticky and grubby. Four staff behind counter, two yacking and 14 seated customers so someone could at least wipe the tables down.

Customer service down the drain ?No wonder MarksandSpencer share price is going down so badly. I'm sure soon it will go bankrupt and would have to close alot of its branches. I really hope that 1st one to get closed is Kew retail park branch.I had the worst experience of customer services ever given today in Kew branch men's wear by the manager named Elena. She definitely need to be sent for some customer services course or training.I had an issue with my clothes ordering and she told me that it's not a store problem and told me to speak to customer service on the phone

Shame on you M&S trying to maximise profits! No big still singular water battles available in the whole store, only multi packages or hugelly overpriced PLASTIC small water bottles in the friges by the till!
