Used the boots online doctor services which advertised a fast and reliable service within 24 hrs. Came to collect the prescription issued by their own online doctor and the staff has no clue of what kind of service they are providing. Why advertise this kind of service if you are not able to deliver?

Horrible service! They never maintain time with prescribed medications- I ordered meds on 1st of November and it was approved by NHS on 2nd November and yet till date I haven?t received my meds! What kind of service are they providing! Also, you can never get hold of them on the phone- I?ve called them zillion times and there?s been no response! Please close your branch if you?re this useless!

They have cancelled my flu jab twice, 1-2 days before the appointment, and the only option is to re-book at least one week later. So, I have already wasted two weeks waiting for the flu jab. Getting a flu jab in this branch is like chasing a rainbow!

Very poor. Takes booking for appointments and then phones last min to cancel. Continues to send reminder texts and emails for original appointment. Tells customers to speak to "Boots" . Had to check I hadn't mistakenly gone to Superdrug...Nope!

Open when they want to be open, despite official schedule :) I made a photo around 14:10 and the note says they will come back at 15:30. This mean that their lunch is at least 1 hour 20 min. Can I have the same please? See photos

They open after 9 a.m, and have to wainting 10 min after them open to buying something.

I think this is the worst boots I've gone to in my life. The staff are useless none of them know what they are doing, i recon its due to lack of training. The manager is also clueless. Overall they need to reevaluate the whole branch as a whole. Some advice would be, Whatever you are doing, Dont. Do the complete opposite. Boots branches are usually good i never had a problem with any of them but i was flabbergasted by the raynes park one. Its my local one but i wont be going here again. Manager is also very rude,

Very poor service. It took 2 weeks to get a simple repeat prescription and they do not text when it does turn up. Staff make no effort to resolve problems and just pass the buck back to my surgery (who have done everything correctly). They do not answer the telephoneI believe it is under new management (staff) but several months should be enough for basic services such as repeat prescriptions

This is the worst Boots I have experienced so far. Never answers calls and always short of staff when you go. No one has time to answer your questions regarding your prescription. Never get it in time. Attitude of staff is very bad. There is not a single positive thing about then.

Saturday staff are doing their best but too short staffed leading to long patient wait times and needs to close at lunch time to give the pharmacist a proper lunchbreak.

Less reliable pharmacy ever. Its simply always closed when you need it, never opens on time, closes for lunch, closes early but the staff is unhelpful.
