Today I witnessed one of the most shameful situations I have ever seen in a Sainsbury's store, in which a manager called Jordan was unnecessarily unpolite to a delivery driver infront of the customers. I understand that sometimes anyone can face problems with the platforms of delivery, it is the type of problem that can be solved directly contacting the platform's customer service, but never dealing with a human being in a way that not even animal would be treated.

Worst market to collect orders being drivers, arrogant, snobbish and prejudiced employees. I will never come back here as a delivery person, much less as a customer. Terrible

Great selection for a medium sized Sainsbury's. Only thing that lets it down is the occasional switch up of locations of the milks and alternative milks, but as long as you have eyes , the staff are more than happy to help out.

Lovely Sainsbury's in Putney, it's not the biggest but for the size it stocks everything you need really. It's clean, great layout and lighting. Excellent product selection and everything is well organised on the shelf. Staff are friendly, check out is quick, great bakery selection and sandwiches.

Sainsbury's Putney is good for a last-minute shop for grocery items, which can only be purchased at Sainsbury's! For example : Italian Style FAIRTRADE ground coffee. A favourite 'home brand'!! Plus, it STAYS OPEN until 6 pm on a SUNDAY!!! Only Sainsbury's store in my area, which does this on a Sunday!! Thank you to Sainsbury's Store and Sunday Staff Members at Putney Branch.

This Putney store is large, but i was still unable to find all the items on my list. The free from range was hardly there, I went around the store twice and then with help from another customer, staff didn't know where it was, found it, nothing I needed was there. I will be making my way to the Wandsworth store as a much bigger and better range of free from products stocked there.

Easily one of the worst branches in the UK. Store is old, dirty and with hardly any staff members. Those that work there clearly don?t want to be there and no tills are manned. All automated, with not enough of them - some are broken. Why pay for a midrange supermarket when there is a Lidl down the road with a similarly poor experience but with lower prices.

I found a piece of blue plastic in the new jar of garlic paste I bought at Sainsbury's this evening.

Disgusting members of staff. Shopping with my 18 month old baby and got accused of stealing fabric softner from the self checkout personnel. Despite showing receipt. Then additionally got accused of not paying for other items despite those items being from an earlier grocery shopping in Lidl. Staff called x2 security personnel to intimidate me and my 18 month old baby.Absolutely shocking, disgusting behaviour by Sainsbury. Appaling. Apparently I may fit the profile of a weekend shoplifter....a father pushing a pram with his 18 month old baby.

Come on sainsburys, you have been the most important supermarket in Putney for years. Now you have no one on the tills and many of your customers cannot or do not want to use the self-service. Sort it please

I was not expecting a big Sainsbury's as this is on the Putney High Street but was very pleasantly surprised at its size. The cold sections seem well stocked as was the bakery area. There was at least 2 aisles of international food products which was a great surprise for me, as they actually stock my favourite Malaysian Maggi curry noodles! The layout of the store towards the back where kitchen and cleaning products are, seems like it was not well thought out, as I had to keep asking staff where certain items were. But this was a good opportunity to see what the team members were like - all polite, accommodating and at times, funny! Would go again.

I?m disabled and my friend is autistic. Shopping at Sainsbury?s in Putney is impossible. Neither of us is able to use the self checkout and despite being peak times there was no one on the til. This is the third time my shopping has been left behind. We will go to Waitrose now as Sainsbury?s is not elderly or disabled friendly. Sainsbury?s just don?t care. We can?t go around chasing staff because you just can?t find any.
