Keith Harris were fab! I don?t live at the property but they were great at guiding me through the process of which flooring colour matched the kitchen best, provided different quotes for varying levels of work, and kept me updated the whole way through. It was seamless and I could tell that I was in safe hands, and dealing with experts.The floor looks great!100% recommend!

Appalling service. Had to chase numerous times for the quote which was then incomplete. Rude customer service. Waste of time. Don?t take complaints seriously at all. They basically just do what they want without any consideration for customer care.

We had very positive experiences dealing with Keith Harris carpets for different properties over 10 years ago. I am delighted that they still provide excellent products and services today. Gina and Danny were fantastic in listening to our lists of requirements and providing us with suitable options. Luke and Paul did an amazing job laying the Amtico tiles and carpet. We will not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

First used Keith Harris about twenty years ago. They are just as good now as they were then. Everything from visiting the shop, to getting the rooms measured, sorting the fitting date and the actual fitting ran like clockwork. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, friendly and helpful. Got my new carpet last Friday, no drama and on one of the hottest days of the year too. I am so pleased, would definitely use again and I highly recommend them. Excellent service.

Visited this store twice to enquire and arrange a visit. Whilst they same friendly and helpful enough Instore, the owner turned up late to our appointment. After he did our measurements, he failed to return our calls or even send over the quotation which we arranged for. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you didn't want our business, then have the courtesy to be honest.

Fantastic service from Keith Harris and their amazing team. First time in lockdown when they somehow managed to get it all done before we moved in - miracle workers.Disaster struck and we had an issue with the subfloor (nothing to do with their work) and one room had to be redone. Gina went above and beyond and even liased with the insurance company on our behalf to speed things up. She's incredible. The team are so lovely and the finish is spot on. Would recommend any day. 10/10.
