Great customer service. Friendly and efficient engineer came right away to investigate a fault. Transpired to be a better option to purchase a new machine. If you want to buy a washing machine or any other white good - save the planet and up-cycle with a second hand Bosch.Ive been using H2O for over 10 years and have always been impressed with their quality, service and knowledge. These are only surpassed by their prices.

I have bought two Bosch washing machines through Steve at H20 Appliances and their level of customer service is absolutely outstanding.Reliable affordable refurbished Bosch machines have helped us through hard times and we are now looking at buying a new product as they are also Bosch agents.The last purchase was a washing machine for our tenanted property which failed while we were overseas on holiday.H2O handled the whole thing for us, suggesting a bosch machine, liaising with the tenant and delivering all the way from Purley to Richmond and up a narrow flight of stairs. When they installed the machine they found it was too deep for the kitchen units so without even contacting me they took it away and came back next day with a different model at no extra charge.Service beyond the call of Duty? I cant recommend Steve and H2O appliances enough !

If you are wondering who are these people supplying discount appliances and can I trust them, the answer is yes. Andy even helped disconnect which he probably shouldn?t have, but grateful for the help. Really good quality refurbished machines; ours is almost good as new with slight cosmetic damage but much cheaper.

I had an issue with my dishwasher, which H2O were very helpful with in assisting me. They gave me great advice and actually put me back on to the supplier, which cost them the job but helped me out, which I regard as great, honest service

All communications were via text message with Steven. I received out-of-hour responses, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and he was very kind - the fault was fixed after Steven's suggestions, and my offer to pay was politely refused. Excellent service.

Excellent service. Good value. Highly recommend. Prompt response to my original email. Offered suggestions to diagnose problem with my washing machine, and once it was decided on the problem, appointment booked for following week. (date at my request) Andy and Jamie had the machine fixed and fully checked over very quickly. Lots of great tips on keeping it clean and gunk free for the future.

It's a shame I can't award 10 Stars!!Steve and his team at H2O Appliances are amazing!I've purchased 3 items from them in the last 6 years and they've all been in amazing condition at great prices and nothing has gone wrong with them!Better than their products though, is the service and advice they offer! I've never dealt with someone from a business who is more honest and friendly than Steve. To the point where Steve has told me not to buy a replacement dishwasher from him, as I could easily fix the issue myself!! No one does this!! Especially in this day and age!However, because of this level of service and trust, H2O Appliances will always have my business and I will always highly recommend them!

My Bosch dishwasher hasn't been cleaning properly for a long long time. A local shop advised me to change my machine, I didn't. Then I found these chaps on Google maps by accident. Very polite service in telephone booking. Two arrived with Face masks, worn all the time. Explained my issue, dealt with efficiently and with such politeness and explanation. Advised me how to clean it in future to avoid call out! Even went without charging me, no seriously the call out charge to follow. Great experience and 5 stars well deserved.
