“The reason I have given 4 star rating is due to the new contract plan quote they gave me of £87 per month. The staff are friendly helpful and professional. However, restricted to best best offers on the market. Having visited them on Saturday 27th May and thought about there offer. I decided to call EE directly and find out if they could offer a better deal than the high street store. The EE service advised that I need to ask the store to cancel the request for my new phone upgrade so they can explore other options for me. I then phoned the high street store and asked to speak to the manager or the assistant, who also helped me, to cancel the request as requested by EE help desk. Apparently, the Manager can cancel my request. I left a message and didn't get a call back on the 27th. I went in today 28th and the manager was off today, but I was told that he had a this to do list to call me on 29th May. As of now, I'm waiting for the call back.”
