No comments....I was to pick up a medicine for myself...6 people Staff and was working like 6 turtes going around around...First come one lady and ask me to writte my name and D.O.B in piece of letter like we are in 1890 and after pass it to another lady and adter the lady pass it to one guy....finally after 25 min waiting I ask them about my medicine and the answer was now Sir 1 min...I wait 10 more min and I ask again and the guy pas to the lady and the lady to the other lady and all this infront of me and othwrs costumers..and tha Lady start Calling my name like we are in park with 2.000 people. I DONT KNOW WHO GIVE PERMISSION TO THEM TO HAVE BUSSINESS AND TO HAVE THIS KIND OF EMPLOYES...

I have been going to this pharmacy for the past 10 years.The staff are brilliant and helpful the pharmacist goes out of her way to be helpful.They have now had it refurbished it is bright and clean with lovely displays..totally recommend this pharmacy...

Literally the worst pharmacy.Items either always outof stock or need to be ordered in. Service is unbelievably slow. I hate using this service and only go here becuase it?s next to the doctors surgery and they tend to send the prescription directly there. But ironically this does not help the service. The whole point is that the prescription is ready to collect but it NEVER IS! Today I brought it a prescription for eye drops. No word that they didn?t have it and said they were working on it. Again taking forever so I leave to go to the doctors to get a blood test form which took 10 minutes. I come back eyesdrops still not ready and no one has a clue what?s going on. They then tell me they don?t have it and have to order it in. One prescription which I didn?t even end up recieving took 30 minutes!!! Honestly such an inefficient service

Very upset and angry with the attitude of the staff. We were very polite and patient on the phone and in return were spoken to in a manner that was not acceptable.

Absolutely disgusting attitudeThey deserve no starsRolling your eyes at a customer who is collecting medication for a terminal ill cancer patient just because I got the date wrong when asked the date of birthTeach yourselves humanity you don?t know what people go through behind closed doors.I will from now on make sure no prescription go through this pharmacy

Some human decency is much needed for this pharmacy as their attitude is disrespectful and obnoxious and that says a lot about their upbringing, if one cannot cope then leave I'm very such there be others who do need a job that are able to attend to the public's needs with human grace.

Lovely people, very prompt with what I want however, being judged by one person can be off putting. So I changed to a pharmacy that?s next to my house now. Thank you for the memories, time to move on with my life.

My medication had a manufacturer's problem this pharmacy went above and beyond to liaise with my doctors surgery and make sure that i got my prescription that very same day....thank you
