Just wanna share My great experience which I had at vision express. The colleague which assisted me was Sahil he was really helpful and picked out 2 nice frames. In terms of payment the EyeCarePlan was perfect as it was an interest free payment plan with 20% of both pairs of glasses. The turnaround for the glasses were perfect with no issues glasses were ready in just 7 days.

I came on time and they make you wait for more than an hour, the man at the reception with the suits just told me to sit down with out registering or anything just walks around the shop doing nothing. I am very disappointed. I will never come back here again.

guys do not waste your time, go other places. I had appointments and after 20 mins they tell me I?m the second on the list! Pls check dictionary what does appointment means? Stop wasting other peoples time!

Otdered glasses on 20 Feb, its been more than 14 days and glasses are not delivered to preffred store. They have glasses since 26th Feb, its 4th may and not bothred to pick up calls. Appointment ran 50 minutes lage, these store must change management. Or shut the doors.. pathetic

Very bad staff, uncultured boors, especially the manager Muhamed Ali was rude to me, I wanted to place an order with a discount and add UC, he started shouting, they arrived here, everyone doesn?t work and asks for UC, he?s just an unmannered boor, I don?t recommend it, I won?t come again in my life, and Yaya will also complain to the director, such boorish people cannot be managers, He shouted that I was already crying, he was offended, I have never had anything like this in London

Save yourself the headache and never come here. Worst experience I have ever had at an opticians. I booked a contact lens check up and eye test for Saturday 17th at 2.45pm because I am pay into the subscription plan. It took 10 minutes for someone to finally speak to me at reception despite seeing me waiting there. The place was disorganised and didn't have enough seats in the waiting section. For a paying customer, I find it completely unacceptable that I had to wait over 2 hours for a 40 minute appointment, and during that time the staff actively ignored the waiting area and avoided eye contact so they wouldn't be questioned. There were no updates about whose turn was up next, no apologies for the delay and no explanations for what was going on. From what I could see, there was only one optician working and at the 2 hour mark she had collected her belongings, ready to end her shift for the day. There was no sign of a replacement optician coming. In the end, I decided to leave because at that rate I would be waiting another 2 hours before I would be seen. This is unacceptable behaviour and better management is needed for this. This has cost me an entire month of worth of contacts because I needed to exchange my contacts for new ones, but now I am stuck using up another month's worth of my expired prescription because they could not stick to an appointment they agreed to.

I have read the reviews and had some doubts, but I still had a good feeling which hasn?t tricked me at the end.I was welcomed with a smile and assistance for what I needed. I?m very happy with my new specs! They had exactly what I was looking for more than a year and a half.I hope this review helps another customer. I hope you will have the same experience as I had. Extremely disappointing experience at Vision Express Westfield Stratford - would not recommend it. Appointment was for 10:25am, arrived on time and spoke to a staff, who asked for my name and then asked me to sit in the waiting area (unfriendly interaction, she looked at me point blank with no smile and curt response). After waiting for over 20 mins I caught her eye, she suddenly smiled and asked me my name, checked her computer and said ?thank you?. I asked her if everything is okay with the appointment and she said it would be 5 minutes wait and I was next. After another 10 minutes (and a total of 3 other people who went for their appointment all arriving after me) she beckoned me over to her computer and asked for my name again and then tried to move my name to the register area and said there?s a problem with the system and I can cancel if I want. Weird treatment and very unprofessional. Power trip or bored perhaps? No idea.

Terrible service at this store! Staffs are so lazy and always delaying appointments when we arrive there and only to be seen after 1 hour or so. Just really bad service from them especially for children its not good enough as my daughter has to wear glasses all the time and yet they can't provide her glasses on time, got excuses like glasses broke in lab to come in choose another pair. We don't have time like this to keep coming in and out. Then it takes another 2 weeks for glasses to even get picked up. So obviously we are disappointed. Better off going another store rather then Westfield Stratford. Never again coming back to this one.

Booked at 2.30pm....waited 30 minutes and queue of 6 people did not move. Counted 11 staff just moving paper from one desk to next. Most of them just in 1 room having a laugh and joke. I think they assume people have nothing better to do. Walked out in the end.

Worst experience i had an appointment and was on time but had to wait for more than one hour really very careless staff lady jamuna limbu told me to send me my reports on email but i am still waiting on 5th day and keeping on trying their phone but no one is picking from three days i don?t understand for what she charged me 30 pounds if i dont have my reports yet.
