I bought a suit for a wedding £169 jacket and £90 trouser tie shirts cost me a lot now it comes to the size issue to adjust the size I was asked to pay £90 for suit paid for size adjustment on collections day now jacket button is missing they trying to blame me for missing button butt I explain them it was only bought last week did not ever wear it now owner jumps in and ask me to come some other day I explained I am working and I can?t come each time you mistake it cost me time and money rude staff owner even worst avoid them at all cost try different store ??

Went to the store looking to buy a suit and the shop assistant was very helpful, helped me to find the size that fits me and was a very chill and funny guy also the prices are a bit high but can put a price and quality, would 100% recommend buying your suits here.

Worst Moss Bros store, literally go anywhere else and you?ll be fine.The customer service here is the worst several times I?ve been here and they either push you to go to another sales assistant or give you extreme attitude to make you go away. I?ve had several family and friends say this store is actually terrible to go to.One time I wanted to buy a grey suit and I kept asking several customer assistants to help me out but none of them were free in this empty store with no customers. They all told me to go to another assistant until finally I spoke to one who in the end gave me the most depressing and unhelpful answers to my question. They are not there to help you but to make the store look busy. I asked for a measurement they said the store doesn?t do measurements and never did, quite surprising for a suit shop (yet my brother got his one done the week before). I asked for them to see if they had anything in size and reluctantly the assistant went to go check after a good 10 minutes she came back and I thought she?d forgotten but to my surprise she actually was doing her job and said there was no more in stock, I asked if any other store had more sizes and she as expected rudely told me to go ask another colleague.Just recently I went to return an item I bought from a shop the day before and as I went to the store I found it empty again, and went to a sales assistant to ask if I could return something which they said that?s fine and checked out my trousers and was happy to start the returns, there was senior sales assistant who, without looking at my trousers said he didn?t want to return my trousers.The first sales assistant went up to ask his manager for the returns code but since his manager was in a meeting he said I?ll have to wait 10/15 minutes for him to finish and then he?ll return it. I said that?s fine and waited 10 minutes until the senior sales assistant said he?ll do the returns since he has the code and I go up and give him my trousers and as he is entering the details he says to me he doesn?t want to do the returns as his name will be on it and the trousers looks too used, I tell him I only tried them on and I?ve bought them yesterday, he rudely tells me he thinks other wise and says he doesn?t care and doesn?t want his name on it. Hands me back my trouser and says he?s not helping, I ask to see the manager and he says he?s the manager now, got me thinking I want to work here with how quickly they promote people. I ask him who was I waiting 10 minutes for if you?re the manager, and he says that he doesn?t care and won?t do the return simple as that. They basically don?t want to do the returns as it would look bad on their numbers.I call up customer support to complain about the service and email them pictures of the trouser. The customer support was also very incompetent, (who would?ve thought) as they went on about a jacket and sleeves. This was their reasoning for rejecting my return ?creases were seen on the inside of the jacket and sleeves indicative of being worn for more than just trying on? this was their genuine response, they couldn?t even put their two brain cells together and realise I was returning a trouser. As expected at the end of their ?investigation? they take the side of the store, even though I explained that my main issue was the attitude of the store and the terrible customer service I received.I take my trousers and leave the store to go to the original store I bought it from and got it checked by their manager and refunded within minutes. Easy and simple as that I highly recommend going to another store you will not regret it.

Very bad experience with Roger.If he's claiming to be a manager he needs to take some basic lessons in customer service.Felt very obvious that Roger was accusing me of wearing the suite claiming that it smelt of food, even when it was in its original packaging and I returned the order within 8 hours of receiving it.At first Roger stated that he might be able to return it, then he claimed that he is the only person that can return it and he can refuse to do so, even though the return clearly states "please return in store and one of our sales associate can help you" no mention of a manager!If Roger stopped to ask, he would have known that I already order a bigger size online! But thanks to Roger I cancelled that order.Well done Roger, keep up the good work!

Excellent service! Mario was very helpful and worked there like the shop was his own.Edit: When i came to pick up the suit after alterations, they did not have any suit cover bag. When i asked for a shoe to try the trousers the manager asked "You didn't get your own shoes with you?". Horrible attitude. Only reason i kept it as 3 stars and not 1 is because of Mario and his excellent work.

Pathetic Customer Services, untrained staff, who worry about clearing changing rooms more than helping and serving customers. When asked if they can help, they only reply with ?i am busy, you will have to wait?. Sorry Mate, i?ll take my business elsewhere, and that £49 shirt i was gonna buy, will now be bought from Charles Tyrwhitt.

I like this store/brand. They sell good quality at reasonable prices and when they have sale you get quality at gibe away prices. It has become my staple over the years. Good service from friendly staff

We had a really brilliant service experience at the Moss Bros Westfield Stratford. We have the pleasure of being served by Darren (who usually works at Holborn and just covering for the day). Darren deserves 5 stars rating! (Would even give him a 10 if possible). He was an expert in taking us through the process of choosing our wedding suits and accessories. His knowledge in colour matching and breaking the barriers for uncertainty and difficulty choosing the right pairings is incredible! He is also very personal in his service that made us feel comfortable and assured that we are getting the perfect stuff for our wedding day.We actually just went today out of impulse to check on possible wedding outfits and actually came home with confidence that we will look dashing on our special day!Thank you Moss Bros Westfield Stratford and Darren for taking good care of us!
