Starting from the fact that to inquire about one thing you have to get into the system, provide your details, which is already discouraging. No one in the store can say how long you have to wait to be served, security person was like he worked there by accident. For a business customer who doesn't have time to sit and drink coffee while waiting in line for their turn, which may never come, it's a complete waste-of-time place. Customer service here is the worst I've ever encountered in my life. We managed to see one woman working there and we wanted to ask one question, but not only did she not stop for a moment when we asked her a question, which is extremely rude and shows a complete lack of knowledge of culture and manners (yes, she heard our question), but she also brazenly told us in a very rude way to leave the store to potentially answer our questions. A what??????We have never been treated in such a rude and brazen manner in our lives. Today, at 6 p.m., a woman with a headscarf. Unfortunately, we don't know her name, but we hope that the manager will take some action against this person. We are not interested in apologies. This place is completely unfriendly to people who don't have so much time and need a quick information. Useless place with a very unfriendly staff. It's better to call EE and handle everything you need over the phone than to be treated in such a disrespectful manner in this place.

After I?ve been let down and disappointed by Vodafone I?ve decided to give it a try at EE. Customer service was brilliant from beginning to the end. Very impressed, very efficient. I definitely recommend! Saf was extremely friendly and helpful. TOP!

Rude .even if I'm a ee customer i can't even go into the shop to purchase a cable without a booking ? w .f...anyway .just getting close to end a contract wich was a ripp off...don't trust EE worst network ever !!! no signal coverage!!!
