Photo department - wanted to develop my 35mm disposable camera film. Apparently they don't do film development anymore. I bought the camera here so one would expect to get the product serviced in the same place, right?

This place is incredibly busy, and I have been going here for years. They have a good selection of products and this is one of the larger stores.They have a prescription pharmacy, which can be useful.For toiletries, and off the shelf medication, this place is pretty good because you can use the advantage card which gives you actual money off from future purchases. Their make up and perfume sections are also quite good. Overall, this Boots store is quite decent overall and I think I would serve most people?s needs.

Staff in Stratford boots is arrogant especially the ones in the click and collect counter. I am observing for the second time. I usually use the self check out but I had a enquiry about the double points as it's was my birthday. And I want to double check with the staff about it so I went to the counter instead.The staff was serving a customer in counter 1 , we waited 10-15 mins as the customer in front of me was a senior citizen. And the staff was explaining her enquiry which I respect but when it was our turn, she walked out of the counter didn't bother to say anything. And the staff came to counter 2, started serving the customer behind me, we again waited 10 mins in the queue another customer was behind me. The staff asked her to go counter 3 with no staff to serve, instead she was double serving the counter 2 and 3. As the customer in the counter 2 was counting her coins.Is it a joke, the folks that is serving the tills should learn basic customer service. First come first serve, why would I wait in front of the queue twice when the people behind me is being served and they don't bother to even apologize to me and thank me for waiting half an hour. I walked away from not buying the products even though I waited for almost half an hour. I also work for customer service team, the customer visit a shop depending on the service they receive. Truly disappointed, I hope boots improve the customer service provided in the tills.

I wanted to test a mascara today and potentially buy it , I found one that was open and looked like a tester but when I tried to test it a woman came and took it from my hand and keep saying no, no, no and I asked her do you have a tester she only said no no no ,she probably couldn't speak English, I was really eager to buy a mascara but she put me off and how anyone can buy a product without testing.

Had a lovely experience today with this lovely lady called Irena from the fragrance side of the store. Me and my friend wanted to check out for a lipstick and we noticed the little perfume bottles. The lady told us we can get it filled with a selection of perfume offered. She was patient and kind throughout the whole time ,as my friend was indecisive on which perfume to go for. It?s not an everyday thing to go shopping and experience such kind individuals.

You are going to wait FOR AGEEEEEEEES at the pharmacy and they couldn't care the less. 4 of them behind the counter and no one serving while the queue gets bigger. Surprisingly it happens in many of their pharmacies.

The customer service at the counters in boots is terrible. Numerous times i have gone to either the No7, Estee Lauder or Clinique counters that now i have actually given up using the products because just to be attended to is as tough as trying go find an earring butterfly in a field. Why don?t they just leave the products out like they do in boots generally if they are so shorted staffed and can?t afford to get staff! It?s ridiculous

This review is a reflection of my experience at the perfume counter only - I asked to test a specific perfume because I wanted to see how it would settle on my skin before I bought it. The lady unlocked the cabinet and sprayed it on me, then asked me if I wanted to try a different one (no idea what it was she didn?t tell me) and I said no but she doused me in it anyway. Not only did this totally defeat the purpose of me trying out a specific perfume but what an absolutely unhinged thing to do. I didn?t need more perfume, yet alone one I didn?t ask for and didn?t know if I liked. Why would I need the extra perfume if she?s just sprayed me with the one I asked for? Anyway the one she sprayed on me against me will was HORRIBLE and I went straight home to wash it off. I was so annoyed because I now don?t want to go back to try the perfume I actually wanted AGAIN since I didn?t actually get to wear test it this time. good thing I wasn?t on my way out somewhere or I?d have been light headed with the nasty other perfume and upset that I stank and couldn?t do anything about it. Can the perfume staff not do this please it?s so unnecessary and invasive

I just read a recent review on here and was completely shocked that I, and the customer that had written the review have had almost the exact same experience. I had recently gone to boots and felt the exact same 'mean girl' culture amongst managers with their staff, the way some of these managers act you would think they're working in Harrods. To make situations worse, I had witnessed almost an exact similar situation with the EXACT same manager known as Natasha, verbally abusing a staff member in which she ended up crying on the shop floor, although Natasha tried to be discreet about it and shout at her in the corner, I still ended up witnessing it. I also agree with the other review that she should not be a manager and really confuses me as to how she was offered this job.

The shop is spacious and good stock selection; however when it is disappointing when it comes to the pharmacy team, not the most efficient and friendly.

Staff is so rude ,not ready to help showing attitude while serving ,i bought beauty products from there couple of time and they scanned my point cards and didn't bother to inform my card is invalid, un professional staff.

After visiting this Boots store today, and a couple other times, I have noticed that the female workers here are extreme mean girls and absolute bullies to customers as well as staff. There is a very disgusting ?mean girl? culture in the air every time I visit this store. In particular I witnessed a manager, working in the makeup section by the name of Tasha, be extremely horrible to a staff member and practically bullied her on the shop floor in front of customers and her staff members. This is very unprofessional and a disgusting impression to make staff members think it?s okay to treat others like this. This woman should not be a manager and I find it extremely confusing how someone so rude was offered this job in the first place. Please think about the individuals you offer jobs to as this is not okay. I will be taking this further to Boots head office directly and hope the individuals are held responsible for their actions.
