“What people must understand is yeah the staff might be rude or show no respect but it goes to a good cause and some people that work there have disabilities could be mental health issues and have a difficult time trying to communicate in a good way it's not always there fault..I been in there to donate and found one woman whom took my items show a lack of being kind she was quite miserable but maybe she has problems..I'm still donating..”
