So, if you miss your delivery while youre at work, dont bother taking the time off work to get your parcel either because theyre closed from 10am. Mind baffling. When tf is a customer meant to collect a parcel???Not only that, to book a redelivery you need the card, because the card has a unique item/reference number. Did my delivery guy write one down or complete the card sufficiently???? NO.Absolute shambles.Instead of improving the service, its become more useless.

I was having problems with a parcel. The adress was wrong. Street and house number from my old adress and post code from my new. Seller didn't want to cancel the sale and even after I alerted them about the mistake, product was shipped anyway.Luckily my parcel ended up in the hands of Mr. Clive Bholo from the Streatham DO office.He could just return it to sender, but decided to go the extra mile...he looked for my fone number and gave me a call saying he would be holding it for me. Went there next day with my ID and retrieved the parcel.Mr. CLIVE BHOLO, Thank you very much!Your help was much appreciated! God bless you!Eduardo Franklin (Brasileiro)

Staff are pleasant and helpful but the queues can get very long, especially when there's only one person behind the desk, which is most of the time that I've been.

significantly worsening service over time , with parcels not being delivered/delayed or missing. Most recently i received a parcel that had been tampered with and some of the content missing , will actively avoid using royal mail until this DO improves

How am I still waiting for 7 days for a 48hr tracked delivery!!....Update: Now awaiting 10 days. When I went to enquire I was told there was a backlog but no indication of when it would be delivered. It seems to be casually accepted that there is this backlog with no urgency for the publics post. Nothing Royal about this service at all. They need to do so much better. Its all too slow and relaxed and too much jokes flying around. No work done!!

I genuinely have no words for this place. Lovely staff when you go to collect your parcel, IF you are lucky enough to have that joyous moment when they attempt delivery. We constantly receive emails about parcels being at Streatham DO, ready for delivery and they never leave for WEEKS. It?s a joke. I understand there are strikes and a backlog but this cannot continue.

Had one parcel split into 2 parcels, for next day delivery. One of the parcels never arrived and showed that they tried delivery but wasn?t successful with no card in my letter box, showing attempted delivery. Second parcel came 3 weeks after. Appalling

Since before the Christmas strike actions, they have had a backlog affecting all deliveries in this area. I have recited part 1 delivery on the day when expected. Box no two sent simultaneously is still stuck in Streatham Depo for the second week; I can only assemble it with the second box. When I track it, it says we aim to deliver today, but this same thing the app says every day. Also, multiple times when I expected special deliveries before 1 pm, Streatham Depo tried to trick me by sending notifications that they tried to deliver at this time, but no one was home. The problem is that I am sitting in my Living-room in front of the bay window with a direct view of my front door path, and no one is there; no one rings the doorbell; I have even checked the doorbell camera to see if I somehow missed the postman no, it was virtual delivery attempt again.

I waited for delivery on a track 48 SERVICE royal mail failed to deliver my item . when I tracked my item it say pending no one was in and didn't ring my door bell . Tracking said between 10 am 2:15 pm. Very poor service by royal mail .

Consistently fail to deliver and provide no means for collection or redelivery option. Often left on tracker as 'unable to attempt delivery for no reason for several days. Slowly becoming the worst delivery service in the area.

Today 10.02.2023, Was a good day it wasn't packed at all. the office was clean I was in and out in seconds. The gentleman that served was lovely. But normally you'll find it quite busy with a long queue.
