“Couldn’t obtain an appointment with customer services over the telephone so walked into the branch to be seen, I was asked to return the next day as they would squeeze me in, saw a lovely gentlemen by the name of James he dealt with me so efficiently, very pleased.I have to say that all the staff at this branch from the ladies at the front desk and floor walkers are really friendly and polite, my issue is the branch opening hours, the branch is extremely busy yet hours have been reduced and other localBarclay branches have closed so don’t see how this makes sense. Very annoying.”

“Fantastic service. We needed to go into a branch to verify our ID and address. After reading reviews here I was somewhat apprehensive. We had to wait while the two customer service dealt with one very objectionable client and another who battled with the english language. They were extremely patient and kind and went beyond their duty to assist. When we were eventually helped by Chanay, she was brilliant. Thank you Lloyds for the great smiling friendly service.”
